My friend said the bench seating was a bit hard, and while the chair I sat in was soft, the arm rests made it a little too narrow for me (I'm plus size and have chronic pain, so finding truly comfortable seating can be a challenge at most places. As a note, anyone larger than a women's 3X probably wouldn't be able to comfortably sit in the chairs at all and would need to sit on the bench). Guests can grab a comic or play some video games while enjoying a sweet treat or grabbing their caffeine boost. I had the Lois Lane and the Banshee, both named after comic characters. I really enjoyed both, especially the banshee. Inside is nice and clean, as is the bathroom. I was kindly greeted upon arrival and thanked on my way out.
