I have driven by so many times and finally had the chance to stop in and I am so glad I did. Lauren and her mom are so sweet and have such a cute local tea shop they answered any question we had and provided amazing service. It smells amazing as you walk in you can smell the different teas and either brew any of the flavors or chose from their premade menu of drinks. You can turn any tea into a latte by adding milk and sweetener. Or just drink it hot or iced.

She also got the chocolate Hong Kong waffle with ice cream and enjoyed it. I would have liked to try some of their food, but wasn't able to during this visit (through no fault of Tsaocaa). The plushies and other merch they had was very cute and I'll very likely buy something the next time I visit. The decor was also lovely, with some very happy plants in the windows. The staff were also friendly and gave me no reason to doubt their skills. My only complaint is that the seating was just shy of being comfortable. My friend said the bench seating was a bit hard, and while the chair I sat in was soft, the arm rests made it a little too narrow for me (I'm plus size and have chronic pain, so finding truly comfortable seating can be a challenge at most places. As a note, anyone larger than a women's 3X probably wouldn't be able to comfortably sit in the chairs at all and would need to sit on the bench). Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I plan to go again!

Now coming to the menu if you're new and don't elect your goto drink type, is vast and you'll want to read it carefully as its extensive and the flavor combos unique. I was in the mood for Matcha, specifically Witch's Brew Matcha. I ordered it hot... thus the lemonade was steamed! How delightfully refreshing! Now my wallet... HAPPY. This was the most reasonable cup of Matcha I've ever had! My for stay ordered was served in a coffee cup. That's part of their decor too.. coffee cups as borders around the walls. If I'm ever back in the area... I'll definitely be stopping for another visit!

‍ SHOP LOCAL, OLATHE!…read more Four years ago, Michael took two things he genuinely loved--comics and coffee--and turned them into something special for our community: Comic Coffeehouse What started as a passion project has grown into a one-of-a-kind gathering place filled with creativity, conversation, caffeine, and community. Whether you stop in for a latte, to browse comics, meet up with friends, or just enjoy the vibe, it's clear this place was built with heart. Small businesses are the backbone of our community. They bring character, connection, and local flavor to Olathe, and every time we choose to shop local, we help support someone's dream. Also, it was really cool to see that they support our local Olathe Public Schools by participating in the Adopt-a-School Program...looks like they've adopted Sunnyside Elementary. I know Heather Devocelle Schoonover was thrilled about this! Congratulations to Michael on FOUR years of serving Olathe with passion, creativity, and great coffee! Here's to many more years of comics, community, and caffeinated adventures ahead! #ShopLocal #Olathe #SupportSmallBusiness #ComicCoffeehouse #CommunityMatters City of Olathe, KS

Hope to get back here soon and add some pics to my review. Loved my visit there this morning.

Medusa- The sweetness of the drink clashed with the acidic flavor of the boba, creating an unpleasant combination in my opinion.
