After having a bad experience with a different company (dirty water spots on my carpet, streaks, and no returned calls) I was hesitant to get them professionally cleaned again but decided we just couldn't wait any longer and so I did a Yelp search. Pro Window Cleaning reviews really stood out for their excellence and I can now say deservingly, too. I then called their number and to my amazement, it was immediately picked up by Robert, the company owner. He was able to give me an estimate later that afternoon after going over service options. I could tell from the expertise he conveyed during our conversation that we were in very good hands. He and a crew member arrived on the date we selected and they were pleasant, efficient, thorough, and so professional! They were also respectful of our home, inside and out. Best of all, my windows now look amazing! It's almost as if there is no glass there. No streaks or no dirty water spots even when direct sunlight streams through them. Wow! All the screens are perfect, too. I had one follow-up question later that day and once again, Robert called me back within minutes. He knows definitely his stuff, is exceedingly easy to work with and always pleasant. :) If you need his services -- which also includes cleaning gutters and heating/cooling air ducts to minimize dust and allergens -- look no further!
