What a great crew who worked quickly and professionally throughout my house. They did an excellent job on all windows and the chandelier hanging in the foyer. Monday June 23, 2025. Well....I pull up to the laundromat and Mike and his black truck and equipment took up 3 parking spots. Plenty parking on the street and spots available, however Mike thought since he is special, he would take up 3 spots very close to the laundromat as he & his crew were finishing lunch in the restaurant in the strip mall. So.... I say, Gee 3 spots huh? as I walk by. He immediately in anger says, there are 7 other spots lady. We've been here 1/2 hour. No worries I say. I carry in an armful of towels, heavy, to wash and Mike starts screaming at me across the parking lot as I take a picture of his truck from the laundromat door, 20 feet away. "Old lady, no one cares about you, old lady. No one cares about you old lady. No one to carry your clothes old lady? No one cares about you old lady and repeats a few more times before he leaves. (You get the picture) So people, this Is not the type of guy I would hire. No way. He is very rude and disrespectful. read more

I was very disappointed with the Shine Brite experience. The quote I received said we would get "the works". I looked at the website and was excited about the services described on the residential window cleaning page. When the crew arrived we were told most of the services described on the page would be an additional cost. I was not happy with the bait-and-switch tactic. We did opt to get the ceiling fan cleaning for an additional charge. After the crew left we found that 2 ceiling fans were only partially cleaned and 2 window sills were not cleaned. Buyer beware - make sure you get a full description of what you paying for and thoroughly check the work before the crew leaves. read more

I called Shine Brite and asked them please come back and clean the horribly dirty sills they left. They just argued with me. I also had a friend call in my behalf and the owner again argued and then hung up on her! The owner said he drove by and checked. The house is at least 30 yards from the street! You can't see dirty sills from the street. You only see them from the inside of the house. It seems like a crime that I paid $500 for clean windows, screens and sills according to the contract, but all they seem to do is argue that the glass is clean so I should be happy and that the sills don't really matter. You don't get what you pay for here. They don't care. You get absolutely zero customer service. read more

Shine Brite is a great company to work with. We've used them the past 3 times we've had our windows done and we highly recommend them. They show up on time, have a large crew so that the work moves along and they are very thorough. They are also very polite, take their shoes off when they are in your home and offer to help with raising blinds, etc. Once you hire them, you'll get reminder post cards and coupons for future savings. If you want a company that does what they say, arrive on time, are customer service oriented and are great at their job, hire Shine Brite. They also have early hours: my appointment was at 7:00 AM and they were done by 8:15 AM so I could get to work on time. read more

I made a 9 am appointment to have my windows cleaned. I was told this was the earliest available appointment, so I planed to take time off from work (was also told they do not schedule weekends). The day before my scheduled appointment, I called to reschedule because rain was predicted. The owner would not reschedule my appointment, stating that weather forecasts are only correct 5% of the time and telling me he could not stay in business if he rescheduled every appointment based on predicted rain. He was very rude and kept repeating the same opinion, continuing to refuse to reschedule my appointment. I finally hung up on him because, in this case, the customer was always "wrong". Somehow I thought it was supposed to be the opposite! I've used this company in the past, but NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

This company over sells their service and then does not perform. After speaking with them on the phone I was very excited because they were nice and assured me I would be very happy. My windows and skylights look good but my window sills are still dirty. They sold themselves as a full service company yet they did not even open some of the windows to clean around them. They also did not remove and clean the screens as promised. The staff that was here was professional and nice but when I called back to complain the owner was not willing to rectify the situation.
