Plenty parking on the street and spots available, however Mike thought since he is special, he would take up 3 spots very close to the laundromat as he & his crew were finishing lunch in the restaurant in the strip mall. So.... I say, Gee 3 spots huh? as I walk by. He immediately in anger says, there are 7 other spots lady. We've been here 1/2 hour. No worries I say. I carry in an armful of towels, heavy, to wash and Mike starts screaming at me across the parking lot as I take a picture of his truck from the laundromat door, 20 feet away. "Old lady, no one cares about you, old lady. No one cares about you old lady. No one to carry your clothes old lady? No one cares about you old lady and repeats a few more times before he leaves. (You get the picture) So people, this Is not the type of guy I would hire. No way. He is very rude and disrespectful.

My wife and I needed an entirely new AC system, and chose Four Seasons after diligent research on…read moreprice and efficiency for different units. We ended up going with a high end Mitsubishi unit because it made the most sense. The salesman assured us the job would likely take 2 full days, possibly 3 if the crew encountered any issues. The install wound up taking FOUR days, at the end of which, the job was still incomplete because the installation crew was sent into the field without the correct equipment. Not exactly a vote of confidence as to how things are managed in-house over there. Further, we paid for the work up front. But once they had our money, we were seemingly de-prioritized and treated like any random service call. A technician was sent out early on a Saturday, but it was clear he had not been briefed on our situation. After assessing the equipment, he said there was nothing he could do because Mitsubishi is closed on weekends. Imagine our frustration at such an unnecessary inconvenience! Had there been even basic communication about the specifics of our case, a pointless visit could've been avoided and we wouldn't have had our time wasted on a Saturday. This speaks to a near-total lack of communication among departments at Four Seasons, and a similar lack of consideration for people's time - ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKEND. This ordeal has now lasted more than a week. The job is still not finished. There is yet another technician en route to our home and we are not at all confident that the work will be completed. Also, they unhooked the power to a separate thermostat that controls our boiler and no one seems to have the slightest clue how to hook it back up again, though we were invited to purchase another thermostat, as though that would somehow fix the problem. Very disappointing and more than a little aggravating. We are NOT satisfied with our experience. A company of this size and reputation shouldn't be having these kinds of communication issues.
