The crew was friendly and courteous, but unfortunately, the quality of the cleanup was disappointing, both in removing debris around the house and in disposing of leaves collected from the gutters. One plastic bag of debris was left in a corner of my garden, and another was placed in my yard-waste bin, which I had to remove myself because Evanston does not accept yard waste in plastic bags. After I contacted Tim to express my concerns, he apologized and promptly sent a crew back to redo the cleanup. I was very pleased with his response and his commitment to customer service.
