This time we also asked him to wash our driveway, and out of his truck he pulled a device that looked like a floor sander! He hosed down the driveway to rid it from leaves and stones, then he scrubbed it with the floor-sander-like device, and finally he powerwashed it. Wow. It looks terrific. I really like how fresh and clean all of our cement and brick looks, and of course he got the old bird nest residue as well. Simply Clean does great work, and I've recommended it to friends with good results as well.

This doesn't sound like a big deal but the downspouts were not wide enough and as a result an influx of water had not been draining properly and so every time it rained our basement would flood at the back of our house. This has been a persistent problem and after consulting five or so plumbers we realized that the issue was the gutters so Jordan quickly diagnosed it and fixed it right away!

We went back and forth about price, then he told me he would match price if I show him the quote. Maybe he should have spoke up 2 days ago,and said that. He might have got the job. Not now!!! So you see the response, but what he's not telling you is,he had a job in Huntley yesterday, when he reached out telling me he could " fit me in ". That's when, if he wanted the business he should have said, hey I will match your current quote.. But instead he tried to justify his estimate," stating " that's a lot of house you got". He even showed up at my home, unannounced,to "look it over" That in itself bothers me. NO Notification, other than a general comment, " I could stop by and take a look". Then he dropped his quote down when I asked for a revised number. The majority of the house doesn't need power washing, it's only the North side that shows the need, and that isn't that bad. I'm done with this guy !!! He had 1 review , before me, now he has 2. That's not saying to much !!! Choice is yours, but I would look elsewhere, and get at least 3 if not 5 quotes. Bet this guy is the highest . Good Luck !
