I gave him the info, and he was out first thing in the morning 11/11/14 to clean the gutters at my Grandmothers house. They were completely full, but we were waiting for the pain in the butt locust tree to fell all it's tiny/messy leaves. Problem is, temps are about to tank today and through the end of the week. I've used this company two times, and they deserve recognition for being, well, awesome. The first time I used a deal found online for gutter cleaning, but more accurately, it was to unclog a downspout. The price included up to a certain amount of feet of gutters, and in my case included gutters on two levels, as well as cleaning out the clog, AND cleaning gutters on the garage. One of the owners of the company - Najib - came with all the necessary equipment, including ladders that got him up to the third floor. He operated on them without hesitancy, and with great skill. He got the clog out (located somewhere up by the 3rd floor), no matter how much time he spent (it took a long time). The price? Remained the same as the quote....no extras....not even a question. The work was so good, Najib deserved a large tip...it was almost too cheap! This past winter, I used Najib to break out an ice dam from my gutter. Again....third floor with no fear....careful use of tools not to damage anything, and approximately 4 total hours spent on the job....again, no extras, etc. Further, Najib was even helping my electricians that were on the job to install heat tape. Whats more? While the electricians were bitching and moaning about having to go on the roof, etc., Najib volunteered to do the hard work...up on a ladder...mid December. I cannot say enough about how above and beyond Najib went on both occasions to get the job done for me, in what can only be described as less than ideal circumstances. Well, looks like there's a first for everyone, just wish it wasn't me writing a bad review. I was looking for a reliable company to clean my windows along with my neighbors windows. Najib got so many awesome reviews on here I thought I'd call him. I called him on Tuesday and told him my neighbors and I all wanted our windows cleaned. He he said he would call me on Wednesday to set up an appointment, he never called. Called him Wednesday evening and he apologized and said He'd come out today between 11-3 to give us an estimate. I called Najib in the morning and by the afternoon, he had climbed up on my three story roof and removed the ice that was causing the ice dam and leaking into my porches. He was also able to safely free the electric and cable lines that were trapped in the ice. Because I live out of state, if was such a wonderful tool for him to Facetime the work for me! This is our first time having a professional clean our windows. Wow, what a difference. We just moved in a year ago and do the normal window cleaning with windex and paper towels. This cleabing put that to shame. Our windows look brand new, and so do the screens. My wife said the guys were very nice and professional. Last year they did an awesome job on windows AND gutters, two separate visits. This year it took awhile for Najib to respond to another question. I provided him and update via email. Note that it takes him longer than expected to respond to quotes. Perfect service, great customer service - just give him time to respond. We need to schedule gutter cleaning due I guess within a few weeks. If i cant schedule an appt soon I unfortunately will have to use someone else. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Najib provided excellent communication and customer service. He was incredibly efficient, cleaning our gutters and bagging the debris in about an hour. He even took care of the debris so we didn't have to dispose of it. If there was a big premium for his services, the price would be worth it, but his rates were incredibly competitive. He was honest about the state of the gutters and what was needed for future maintenance and even offered to take pictures to show the cleaning he did. I highly recommend him! read more

We had done some calling around and set up an appointment to have them come out and clean the outside of our windows last week because their quote was quite a bit more reasonable than the other ones we received. To be honest, we were slightly concerned at how good the quality of the work would be because they were so reasonable. Not only did they do an excellent job, but Najib was VERY professional, courteous and informative. We asked him about our screens too and even though my brother has done them in the past we're going to ask them to come back out in the spring to do them instead. He also let us know about some much more durable material that he has which would make it way harder for our dog to scratch gaping holes in the screen door! read more

This appears to be a small company run business but they are super productive and with reasonable prices. I hired them to clean my house gutters and the guy that came, did a great job and even cleaned the garage gutters at the same price whereas other companies were charging me extra. I did not catch his name but the person that took care of cleaning the gutters was very responsive and from my experience had very excellent customer service. Other places were charging a lot more for the same service so I am glad I found this company and would continue using them in the future. read more

Above and beyond what you would expect from a business! We have a very tall building with hard to clean gutters. We called Squeaky Clean and described the situation over the phone. We received a very reasonable quote. We were flexible with the timing, and just as had been promised, the owner called us when he was coming into the city and gave us an exact time that he would be there. At first we thought his ladders would be too short for the job, but he said no problem and got them completely cleaned out. He also offered to slightly adjust the grade of the gutter on one side. In addition, he cleaned our entire side yard and offered to wash down the sidewalk! All of this was done for the amount of the original quote. The man who came out to do the gutters from Hampshire all the way to Crystal Lake was very friendly. It was a wet rainy day and he got some mud on the deck and sprayed it off all the way and the rest of the deck, too. There were a few problems with the roof which he took pictures of to notify me. He also asked if I wanted him to put all the trash in the yard waste bin. I thought that was nice rather than just throwing it all in a pile. Very reasonable price, too! read more
