Thank you for the owner (man who is in the picture....found this to be true after a few people…read moreindicated the guy in the picture is indeed one of the owners) for not getting back to my neighbor and I to which he aggressively harassed us while we were standing waiting for the bus stop with our children. The worker was going a little fast down the street (it was very foggy) and because we all have to stand on the street because the sidewalk is not plowed, it's a safety issue...so the other mom just merely put her arms up to signal like "WTH slow down". Well, the worker stopped his van and got out of the car and was screaming and swearing at us, and I told him to get back in his van and it is totally uncalled for to yell at two women in front of the children. But he would not stop. Then eventually he got back in his work van, after he saw the bus coming. We called the company and let them know of the situation and asked for the owner to call us back. Never got a call back. Instead, the secretary called back and said "he was just having a bad day". Really? Thats an awful excuse for your enraged worker who verbally attacked two women who had children present.

Very pleased with this business. We had damage to our roof, siding and gutters from severe storms…read morelast year. We reached out to New Restoration System after seeing their sign in the neighborhood, and knowing they were one of the few businesses that actually respected our "no soliciting" sign. The AAA+ reviews with the Better Business Bureau and great Google reviews lead us to them. The process from our point was seamless. Sam and his associates (Vincent Adjusting) worked to get the needed approval from the insurance company. While it took 3 appraisals/inspections, they came through! My wife and I are very happy with the final outcome, and glad to have siding, gutters, and a roof that aren't beaten-down. Plus, Sam was great at working with us regarding installing any upgrades that weren't included with the insurance settlement. We highly recommend New Restoration System if you're in need of siding, roof and/or gutter replacement. On the homeowners' end, the process is simple. NRS kept in contact with us during the entire process. Once the work started, replacement of everything was completed in just a few days.

Just for all who read the reviews …read more This company will match a lower bid, just get it in writing and send it to this guy. We went back and forth about price, then he told me he would match price if I show him the quote. Maybe he should have spoke up 2 days ago,and said that. He might have got the job. Not now!!! So you see the response, but what he's not telling you is,he had a job in Huntley yesterday, when he reached out telling me he could " fit me in ". That's when, if he wanted the business he should have said, hey I will match your current quote.. But instead he tried to justify his estimate," stating " that's a lot of house you got". He even showed up at my home, unannounced,to "look it over" That in itself bothers me. NO Notification, other than a general comment, " I could stop by and take a look". Then he dropped his quote down when I asked for a revised number. The majority of the house doesn't need power washing, it's only the North side that shows the need, and that isn't that bad. I'm done with this guy !!! He had 1 review , before me, now he has 2. That's not saying to much !!! Choice is yours, but I would look elsewhere, and get at least 3 if not 5 quotes. Bet this guy is the highest . Good Luck !

He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the final product and we are waiting for a second quote from him to wash more of the concrete and stones around the side of our home leading to and including washing/sealing and staining our deck. Andrew is very professional, conscientious and detail minded, and as a testament, some of our neighbors have already hired him to wash their driveways as well!

It's all SO much better! Our house looks cleaner and newer. Tyler arrived on time and was thorough, neat, careful, and friendly. He was really easy to work with and is great with dogs, if you have a dog. A tip would be to have them powerwash your house first and then clean the windows after that, perhaps the next day or week, for you will get some splatters on your windows from the house gunk as it gets powerwashed away. Highly recommend and would use again.
