Thank you for the owner (man who is in the picture....found this to be true after a few people…read moreindicated the guy in the picture is indeed one of the owners) for not getting back to my neighbor and I to which he aggressively harassed us while we were standing waiting for the bus stop with our children. The worker was going a little fast down the street (it was very foggy) and because we all have to stand on the street because the sidewalk is not plowed, it's a safety issue...so the other mom just merely put her arms up to signal like "WTH slow down". Well, the worker stopped his van and got out of the car and was screaming and swearing at us, and I told him to get back in his van and it is totally uncalled for to yell at two women in front of the children. But he would not stop. Then eventually he got back in his work van, after he saw the bus coming. We called the company and let them know of the situation and asked for the owner to call us back. Never got a call back. Instead, the secretary called back and said "he was just having a bad day". Really? Thats an awful excuse for your enraged worker who verbally attacked two women who had children present.

After scheduling the first cleaning date, a team of three maids came to my home at the desired time I had requested. The women were very curtious and respectful and they brought all of the supplies that were needed and got to work. My home is fairly large (4400 sq ft+) and I felt that they had put their best effort into cleaning each and every room thoroughly. Everything they use is pet/child friendly and my home looked and smelled great after they completed. In conclusion, my previous service provider for cleaning was doing an unsatisfactory job in a lot of areas throughout my home because they were careless. With Organica, I get professional, satisfactory service and results for less than what I was paying for with my other guys. I will continue to use this service and recommend any potential customer to schedule a consultation to see for themselves what a great job they do.

He was really easy to work with and is great with dogs, if you have a dog. A tip would be to have them powerwash your house first and then clean the windows after that, perhaps the next day or week, for you will get some splatters on your windows from the house gunk as it gets powerwashed away. We had decided to use Sanitec to clean our home windows because of a promotion they were running…read more The promotion was for anywhere from 19 to 26 windows for $100. After going through the house and counting up the total number of windows I had 23 windows, which fell within their promotion range. The second tier of their promotion was anything from 35 to 50 windows would be $150. In all of their ad copy for the promotion it stated "windows" and if you were to go to Home Depot today and purchase a "window" I'm sure that you would expect to get a full "window" that would most likely match what would be in your imagination when you think of what a window looks like. The problem I have is that the promotion is a BAIT and SWITCH scam in the way that when they showed up and they counted my windows they came up with a total of 51 windows! That is because they calculate a window by the total number of panes in that window. So your standard window, which has a top pane and a bottom pane counts as two windows. All of a sudden the price became quite more expensive. I now fell into the second tier of 35 to 50 windows for $150 and on top of that because I had that one extra window they tried to charge me an additional $25 per window (pane) after the 50 windows have been reached. With a bit of an argument back-and-forth they comped me my one extra window so that was no charge. But to go from $3 dollars per window cleaning to $25 seems a bit much. The only reason why this review is 2 stars and not 1 is because they actually did a good job and my windows are extremely clean now but be warned that what they consider to be a "window" is not what the rest of the world and society considers to be a "window".
