We had our interior/exterior windows and screens cleaned. The serviceman came on time. He was efficient but also not rushed and clearly was committed to doing quality work. He was very mindful of our home when indoors and did not leave a mess anywhere. We added on having our windowells cleaned, which have not been touched in over a decade. He did a remarkable job. 3 stars is generous. The windows were cleaned properly, BUT, they tried to upsell my wife over $500 for a job that should have been $200 or less. Even then, they counted the windows wrong & overcharged us by 40%. I called, sent photos of home as requested & got no response, called again sent a text with photos as requested and still no response, didnt know if they had received emails or text. Finally got a call back & received refund. We wont be using them again. If you do use them, be SURE you know price ahead of time. read more

We used them for gutter cleaning. One guy showed up and walked around the roof with a leaf blower for 10 minutes. We didn't have any leaks that winter but it seemed awfully short and like the downspouts didn't get clean. He had no bags of debris and there was nothing at the end of the gutters. read more

I've had My Window Washing out to clear our gutters the past few years. This time I also wanted the gutters power-washed. Not only did the gentleman show up the same day he did a wonderful job! My Window Washing is professional, friendly, prompt, affordable and really good at their job! I had them wash my recently repaired cement front porch and I was left speechless; it was so clean! And as an added bonus he cleaned one of the windows closest to the porch; I should've had him do the rest because the difference is striking! Our 2 story exterior windows needed washing, and I received an appointment 2 days after my call. They arrived early within the anticipated window of service I was given. Based on the website and my count of windows and what I wanted I priced out our job to be easily under $500. I was ready to add a few extras. But they showed up and suddenly it was $780 plus an additional $285 to do gazebo windows. The count was higher, they said they have to take the screens out even if not cleaning them (many would probably break due to age and our windows can be cleaned from the inside by tilting in), and there was a $150 "scraping" fee for particularly dirty windows (even though many are quite clean. Offered lower price but wouldn't do it. Instead left which makes no sense. Very disappointed as I had this booked before a party. But not playing games with people like this! read more

I've used My Window Washing twice now and was pleased both times. I was able to book my appointment online quickly, but was also able to call and get a live person for a question I had. Gino showed up on time and did a great job. Prices are reasonable and since I have casement windows and screens are on inside, I did not have him do the screens this time and you also have the option of having windows washed "outside" only if the inside doesn't need it.
