After a long rigorous flight from New York, my friends and I needed to end our vacation on a high note. Steven was awesome. He picked up 10 passengers for a very early LAX flight and we arrived sooner than expected. He also picked us up on a late returning int'l flight from LAX and even with the delay of us going thru customs he was at the curb when we walked out. Shuttle was clean with a ton of room even though we had 11 on the return trip. Plenty of space for bags and price was very reasonable. Beats an uber any day especially for any type of group. Left Stranded! I made arrangements with Steven Yim for 2 shuttles, one to pick up 7 people at the Queen Mary and another to pick up 5 people from Shoreline Marina for transportation to the San Pedro Port. I even sent a follow-up email to confirm the arrangements 2 weeks out and provide contact numbers for both locations. Steven responded that everything was arranged. I thought it was funny that he said to call or text him, with any questions or concerns, but did not actually include a phone number. Based on the other Yelp reviews I figured everything was confirmed. The day of my transfer neither van was anywhere to be found. I called the number on the website and left a voice message, an email and a text message with no response to any of them.
