Very poor customer service. I needed a copy of what I had paid them for prescriptions for last 4 months. They wanted $25.00 up front in a check first. I was shocked, I had just gotten off the phone with 2 other pharmacy's they had no problem with my request, at no charge. Needless to say I no longer do business with them. read more

Called for a medication reconciliation, in which the pharmacist hung up on me twice and refused to help. I am amazed at how rude they were and would not recommend anyone going to this facility. In cases of emergency, they are not willing to help. read more

Had a pleasant experience here, unlike larger chain pharmacies, these guys are really nice and friendly and extremely helpful. I decided to take my perception here just to see the difference between a large chain and a mom and pop and I don't think I'll ever go back to a large chain again. Use these guys for my dog and now me. I had and unexpected illness and needed meds quickly. My dentist called them in to SnS. At first I was disappointed that they had moved to Scottsdale whereas before, they were only a couple miles from my house in Chandler. The pharmacist filled it within a couple of hours (on a holiday). He then offered free delivery so I wouldn't have to drive to the office (he said he lived nearby and bc of my illness and needing rest, I shouldnt be driving). Although other bigger chain compounding pharmacies may be a little faster in filling Rx, I am happy with SnS read more

A few months ago I asked for a recommendation for a mom and pop pharmacy around Dobson and Warner. I was aggravated with the lack of customer service from the chain stores and thought an independent place is what I needed. SNS (Save and Serve) Pharmacy came highly recommended so I transferred my scripts to them mostly because they delivered and I dont drive. WHAT A MISTAKE! It took 3+ days for scripts to be filled, they would not deliver when I asked them to (twice), never let me know when things were ready, and held up other meds when there was an issue with another. I'm on about 22 different meds mostly for my heart. Waiting 5 days for a script isn't really an option, so I transferred to Frys yesterday. This morning, I get a nasty phone call from the pharmacist from SNS telling me that the scripts were transferred and not to call him again. I hadn't even spoken to them since finding out my inhaler was still not ready yesterday morning. I laughed it off and didn't pay any mind. An hour later, Frys calls to tell me that he only sent over 4 of the 16 medications that I still had refills on. I call and ask why he won't send the rest and he told me to take it up with my doctor. I have received 2 harrassing phone calls from him so far today threatening me because I left him bad reviews. Now I have to call every one of my doctors to get new scripts sent over. I am dumbfounded. read more

Best service ever! I needed a special compound prescription and only specialty pharmacy's can provide this service. The owner waited on me and let me know getting insurance approval was a little harder as there are other drugs w/ side effects that could be utilized. I told him I would pay for it myself as I did not want delay and find out insurance would not support. I also shared I was getting chemo and wanted to reduce other side effects. Because it would take a couple hours to prepare he said he delivered it to my home by 4pm. Wonderful experience and so happy to find this pharmacy. read more

I recently had a few minor dilemma's and SnS came to the rescue!!! Dilemma No. 1: My doctor recently prescribed me a fairly new medication (released in April of this year) and I spent days going around to different pharmacies in the area trying to find someone who had it in stock. Many of the places I went to could order it and have it available in 5-7 days but SnS was the only pharmacy that immediately responded to my inquiry and notified me that they could have my exact dosage in before noon the following day!! Dilemma No. 2: Because the medication was so new, my insurance company required additional paperwork. Normally this would be a huge hassle but Ashwin and SnS went above and beyond and contacted my insurance co., called my doctor and stayed in constant contact with me to let me know the status of the medication approval. I was so incredibly pleased by the customer service and genuine friendly nature of this business, I immediately went home and told my boyfriend to transfer his business to SnS. I can't recommend them, high prices, way too many problems trying to get medicine filled, and unethical behavior. They said they could meet/beat prices we currently got (could beat costco & walmart) but then tried to get me to pay very high prices on several medicines despite asking me for manufacturers so they could find where to buy the cheaper medicines. Some medicines prices were 2-3 times as much as our last price (unfortunately the new compound also which I paid since I didn't know the price it should have been). Note, they didn't tell me they were higher they just said here is your medicine and what you owe. When I said wait, that is higher than the price I gave you, they tried to pressure me into paying the higher prices (e.g. we have to cover our overhead, well this is what we have on the shelves and what we paid for it, etc.). Do not trust that they charge you good prices. They never called to say a prescription was ready, I had to call them after several days and then repeatedly call them as they slowly filled the various prescriptions. Two very common ones were only filled after weeks when I started saying we needed it Now!! (still took days and another reminder it was needed Now!). One was high priced so I had to get it transferred out (where it was filled quickly at the other pharmacy). Without our permission, or telling us they were doing this, they transferred another family member's compound to their pharmacy (they had no prescription number just the person's name and the other compound pharmacy name) - they just "stole" the prescription. Because it was a controlled substance (hormone replacement) that meant a lot of problems to fill it when we needed it (it could not just be transferred back). That was the last straw. My compound I received from SNS had been put into two containers. When I opened the second container it would not dispense the cream so I opened it up and it had liquid floating on the top of the cream. I tried to stir it up and finally got the container to dispense the cream but after using it a couple of days I realized there was no medicine in it. It was only a week or two of medicine left so I just called my old compound pharmacy to ask them to get my compound moved back to them. When they asked for the transfer, SNS said it had already been transferred to another pharmacy (huh? they had just called asking if they should fill it). When I called SNS they said we will have to check our records and they would call back. I insisted they do that while I was on the phone and they did and then acted like nothing was wrong, yep we have it, we will transfer it. Would not respond when I said you told the other pharmacy you had transferred it out. They have a lot of excuses of when they mess up (well things were confusing - though I did a clear detailed write-up for them of all our prescription information, well someone else charged us higher, well we have to make money, well it would be worth it to pay higher to get everything at one place, etc. etc.). And you have to stay on them to get them to even try to fill prescriptions. Way way harder than any other pharmacy I have ever used. Find a pharmacy that will do what they say. read more
