Although they were out of stock, they explained that their usual supplier no longer carries the product and offered to order it from a new provider. That level of effort and transparency was exactly what I needed. Because of this, I've transferred all my prescriptions to the E McDowell location. They even call to notify you if a prescription will be delayed--something the previous location never did. Their professionalism and customer care are a breath of fresh air. I've been here a few times as it is so conveniently located and every time I am welcomed as if the employees are truly happy to see me. Today I was picking up some prints that I'd sent from my phone this morning (love that feature!) and as I stood at the photo counter, I watched the cashier interact with other customers. I couldn't stop watching as he chatted with customer after customer as if each of them was a neighbor of his. I didn't wait too long before someone came over to help me at the photo counter. He didn't ask me what I needed or for my name even. He asked me if I brought him lunch, I laughed and told him I had not. He shook his head and said he knew I'd forget and handed me my photos. He must have recognized me from my selfies. I shopped around a bit and found everything I needed and then checked out. Kirk has been the cashier I've had every time I've come in. He made conversation with me, like I watched him do with the other customers. Kirk really makes every customer feel like they matter to him. I messed up my pin *twice* because I'm spastic but he was patient. He and I joked about how I must not be so good with the numbers. I will take off a star for my rating because some of my pictures were cropped in a way that took some heads off and I was super disappointed about that. Every now and then, I will stop by here out of convenience on the way to or from work. I have interacted with the staff, purchased random items, and browsed the shelves over the years. I do appreciate the MinuteClinic at this store and have used it a few times in the past. Tonight, I stopped by to use a coupon, and while I found plenty of an item, the price on the shelf was incorrect as there was also a promotion going on, but as I have noticed previously, the shelves have been missing the promotion price on them. The store is sometimes a bit messy and sometimes very clean. It really depends on the day I stop by. There are seasonal items a few rows in from the entrance though sometimes they extend further to the left side of the store (further away from the entrance). While staffing seems to be quite minimal at this store (or so it seems), the staff have been helpful when I have asked for assistance. If there is someone near the front of the store, they have often said hello when I have entered the store. Sometimes they are stocking items on the aisles until someone is ready to check out. Sometimes there is a wait for someone to come and assist at checkout if you aren't using the self-checkout machines. The staff have always been knowledgeable based on items in stock. I have had issues using some of the coupons before, but it really depends on the cashier. I encourage everyone to sign up for ExtraCare, which is a free membership and includes sales prices, deals for you, 2% back in ExtraBucks rewards, a $3 birthday reward, and up to $50 in ExtraBucks rewards at the pharmacy. I will gladly still come back to this store as need be in the future as I hope that CVS provides the store with more resources to get more staff members.

I had just left the sinus and allergy clinic and was prescribed some medication. Doctor sent the order electronically to this pharmacy and once I pulled up to the window, the employee assisted me in under 3 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that the prescription had already been filled. It was bagged up and sitting in a basket waiting for me. I gave the employee my full name and DOB and she pulled up my info. I was back on the road in under 5 minutes total. The best part was my $.90 co-pay, lol!! I highly recommend this pharmacy if you're looking to get in and out quick.
