Consistently good. Every time I come to Nashville, I specifically stop at Snooze AM for breakfast in East Nashville. My primary reason is the non-dairy pancakes that my son gets due to his metabolic condition, which required a liver transplant at 8 weeks old. On this trip, I encountered Brandon, who certainly went above and beyond to ensure my son's needs were taken care of, and my dining experience was memorable. The food was great, Branson made sure our hash browns were crispy, which is usually not done well (except for the Snooze in Denver -they perfected them). My only disappointment was the removal of the pork belly Benedict. I was really anticipating that dish, but was saddened to find it was no longer available. Brandon did have the team recreate it as close as possible, which was a nice touch, but it's not the same. Thanks again for providing a great breakfast option.

This place was about a 5 minute walk from our hotel so we walked there one of the days we were in Nashville and it was a great choice! My friend and I started with the 'Bacon But Different' appetizer which was just bacon with rubbed with brown sugar, cayenne, chili flakes and drizzled with house-made sriracha maple syrup. This bacon definitely had a kick, but it was delicious. My friend and I both had the Biscuits and Gravy which was Southern-style toasted biscuit smothered in house-made rosemary sausage gravy, served with two sunny-side up cage-free eggs. It was so good! You really can't go wrong with biscuits and gravy. The portion was a good size. The decor in this place is super fun and bright. They had indoors and outdoors seating, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend and would be back.

Food, Sevice and Server(Marce) Ambiance! All 5 STARS! The shrimp and grit was the best I've ever had and I'm born and raised in New Orleans. The bacon but different was A1. Our whole order was delicious! Jose was also amazing he came to our table to deliver a dish and listened to us rave over everything.

I need to thank my Uber driver for this hidden gem. The food was amazing and the service was even better. The pancake was my favorite. The chair set up in there reminded me of an old-fashioned Diner. I loved it.

Busy wait times for a Sunday morning brunch. It was roughly 40-50 minutes for a group of 6. We got seated at a round table. I loved the aesthetic inside the restaurant (retro vibes). The staff was friendly, but slower, and our waiter forgot some of my items. But, it was resolved. The food was great, felt fresh, and there looked to be something for everyone.

Another AZ favorite in Nashville. Service was excellent. Food was good. It's the only place I can get a gluten free Benedict. Will be back! Parking can be validated.

I liked it. A good breakfast spot in the East End. Inside has plenty of booth seating. There's also bar and outside patio seating. A few TVs over the full bar to watch a game. The food is good. It's a large menu with breakfast classics and a few specials. I got the biscuits and gravy. Really hit the spot and exactly what I needed after a long night lol. Portion was decent but you might want to add another side to get full. I added some crispy bacon. Service was good. Friendly staff.

As someone who embodies "Snooze in the A.M." as a lifestyle choice, I am never hyped to get up in the morning and eat. But shout out to Yelp - I found Snooze, an A.M. Eatery! Suddenly I was hyped. Started off with a Boozy Strawberry Lavender Lemonade for me (I don't drink alcohol, but exceptions were made), and OMG French Toast for the table. I pivoted to the Boozy Blackberry Mint Limeade for a second dreamy beverage treat. The server sensed that one wasn't hitting the same (the limeade was SOOOO strong), so she swapped it out for me--back to another Boozy Strawberry Lavender Lemonade! Without me asking. Figuring out what the diner needs and handling it before the diner asks (or was never going to change) - that's service! Brunch food I went for the Protein & Veggie Egg White Omelet and OMG, the chicken sausage in this thing was next-level. I even tried to make chicken sausage when I got home--and nailed it. Despite being called a "bird of an eater," I finished the entire omelet too because *determination* ya'll. The vibe was as hoped for, the outdoor seating was chill, and even my picky eater companion finished her Goldilocks porridge which looked warm, nutritious, and satisfying. If you're in East Nashville, this spot is a must. I'll definitely be back on my next trip!

I love the vibe of this place. It feels like what an old 50s diner might have looked like when it was new and not faded over the past 3/4s of a decade. Retro throwback perfection. The staff was great, super friendly and on it with the recomendations. I got the Sweet Potato Pancakes which were delish. I loved the hint of ginger in the butter. My friend got the protein bowl which actually looked better in person than the photos on the website (which is so rare!). The pancakes were nearly as big as my face, so I'm glad I didn't order a side (which I almost did) as I was stuffed!

We had a great experience at Snooze! The service was warm and friendly--although we did have to wait a bit for our water, the incredible food more than made up for it. Our server, Al, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I ordered the classic Eggs Benedict along with the green chile Benedict featuring shredded beef. The spices were absolutely mouthwatering--some of the best flavors I've had in Nashville! Easily one of the top Benedicts I've ever tasted. My husband got the Denver omelette, which he generously shared with me, and it was just as delicious. The side of fresh fruit rounded out our brunch beautifully. We'll definitely be back--though hopefully when it's not quite so busy. Expect a 20-30 minute wait on weekends, but it's totally worth it. The location is super convenient, but avoid paying for parking--it's overpriced. Just drive around the neighborhood and you'll likely find a free spot. Happy brunching--we hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Aside from the several hairs found in our food-- we entered the restaurant at 11:09am. Waited a while at the host stand and were seated a few minutes later and ordered immediately. We did not receive our food until 11:55. 40 minutes for food when the restaurant was not super busy. No apology or explanation. Then we find multiple pieces of hair in the pancake. Not a great first experience. Won't return.

Buttermilk Pancakes, Biscuit, Sausage patty, French Toast Latte.

I arrived around 7:30 a.m., and the restaurant was empty. The staff immediately welcomed me in and were very friendly throughout my visit. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes, a side sausage patty, a biscuit, and a French toast latte. My food arrived in about 15 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable, and my waitress was kind and attentive. As you can see in the photos, the pancake portion was generous--two large pancakes that were fluffy and flavorful. They were sweet, but not overly sweet. My only complaint is the syrup portion. They serve it in a very small metal ramekin, and for pancakes this size, I think at least two or three are needed. I asked for another, but it's something they may want to consider. The biscuit was also very good. It was sliced and toasted, with a fluffy texture and great flavor. The butter served with it paired nicely, adding just the right amount of saltiness. The sausage patty was solid as well--larger than what most restaurants serve and nicely seasoned with a good amount of spice. The only slight disappointment was that the side order included just one patty, though for most people that would probably be enough. The French toast latte was unfortunately the weakest part of the meal. It wasn't very hot when it arrived, and it came topped with a piece of French toast that was so hard it was essentially inedible. I drank most of the latte, but it had an unexpected spicy finish that I wasn't a fan of. I have attached my receipt as well. For a breakfast for one, I found the price to be on the higher side, especially when compared to places like Pancake Pantry and Eggstravaganza Cafe, where the portions are often larger and offer a bit more value for the money. Overall, this is a nice establishment with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. As someone who pays attention to restaurant bathrooms, I was also impressed by the men's restroom--it was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant aesthetic. Despite a few minor issues, I enjoyed my visit and will return to try other items on the menu.

Snooze clearly cares. The coffee was excellent. The server was fabulous. The hot chocolate came with a smiley face drawn in syrup for the kids. The general manager came out at the end with a recovery plate, genuinely trying to make it right. These are good people doing good work. But the menu is an argument with itself. They have a section called "The Art of Hollandaise." It is, in every measurable way, a scream for culinary attention. Cream cheese hollandaise. Smoked cheddar hollandaise. Habanero cream cheese hollandaise. Very creative. Very much not hollandaise. So I asked the server: do you have actual hollandaise? No. Do you have anything on the menu that's just plain breakfast? There was one thing. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast. One. Item. My kids ordered strawberry shortcake pancakes and chocolate chip pancakes. They were so loaded with stuff -- so aggressively, sweetly there -- that neither of them could finish. And these are kids who will eat sugar straight from the bowl. I was going to pass on eating entirely, because honestly, the menu didn't work for me, but the server talked me into ordering eggs over easy. Over easy means whites cooked firm, yolks runny. I've learned to spell it out because apparently it's a different language in every region. What arrived was over medium with a brown, lacy, crunchy crust all over it. The kind of crust I specifically didn't want. I sent it back. Politely. The GM appeared 45 minutes later with a corrected plate that actually looked good. Too late. Here's the thing: Snooze is not a bad restaurant. The people are genuinely nice. The service is sharp. But the menu doesn't live in reality. It's a beautiful fever dream where simple breakfast went to culinary school and came back unable to just be breakfast. You don't need to improve the people. Your people are top notch. You need to improve the menu. Give people the plain thing they asked for. Maybe keep the artistry, but also keep the basics. You're trying very hard. Try a little less hard.

When I walked in I, immediately, thought of Haven (RIP https://www.yelp.com/biz/haven-miami-beach-2). From the LED wall to the music to the drinks to the vibe... I didn't feel like I was in Nashville anymore. the back corner stands out and gives Middle Tennesseans something that's not readily available in this area. If you're in the mood for a little coastal cosmopolitanness (is that word? It's not a word), the back corner is about to be your new favorite place. The neighborhood gets things moving in the right direction. For as much as Germantown has (scenic streets, fancy high rises, coffee, good eats) it didn't have a nightlife destination. Putting one here makes a lot of sense. Building off the 5th & Taylor imprint, the back corner starts off fancy (but not pretentious) and builds to memorable. Upon entry, the first thing you notice is the LED wall and stage. With a changing display of electronic intoxication, you're drawn into a world far away from Lower Broad. If you can break your gaze away from the stage, you'll notice the upper and lower lounge seating. Intimate, cozy and a bit mysterious, the seating at the back corner lets you decide whether you want to be front & center or if you're rather sit back and take it all in. You can be as public or private as you'd like. If indoor seating isn't your thing, make your way outside to enjoy the fire pit and Germantown night sky. Just do us all a favor and refrain from smoking. Seeing cigarette butts along the patio or by (in??) the fire pit is not sexy and very off-brand. All the above said and noted, the back corner is not a huge space -- which is a plus and minus. It's a plus because it never becomes the cavernous mess of bass and desperation. The minus is crowds gonna crowd and with a lot of people, the space will be tight. I don't know how to fix that. I suppose a velvet rope and waitlist will keep crowds at bay but neither feels very Nashville. Hmm... Another minus (relating to the size) is that there's only one bar. One bar in a space this cool is a bit tight. I know the space behind the bar isn't huge but I would staff it with 3 bartenders at a time so as to keep up with the crowd. Because you're going to want to drink. A lot. The cocktail program at the back corner is a bit unusual for Nashville -- and very Miami. Expect rum, colors and a boozy punch. Actually, the menu could use a punch. Get on that, tbc. Re drink progression... start with the gimlet. It's pretty to look at and refreshing to drink. All the mixers, juices, etc. are made in house so you're getting quality fare. From there, hit the No. 4 and, then, the No. 2. If you're still upright, drink some water. Water? Who am I kidding? Cocktails! You're in Miami, [redacted]! Well, sorta. If you need some noshes, 5th & Taylor is serving up bites. Don't come here for dinner. Who eats food? Let the music and booze nourish your body. As perfect as the back corner is for DJ sets, live music (this *is* Nashville, after all) works as well. the back corner isn't the Downtown dance club people have wanted for a (looooong) while. But it is a welcome addition to the city's nightlife scene and, very possibly, you're new favorite place to go. Bienvenidos a Nashville.

An open kitchen with a wood-burning grill sends heat and aroma across the floor, so the whole space feels alive and warm at once. The staff matched the setting, gracious and sharp from hello to goodbye. The food kept pace. The sausage and cheddar biscuits earn every word of their reputation, we could have made a meal of them. We ate family style, which is the move here, passing everything so the whole table got a taste. Tara's halibut was the runaway favorite, our server called it his top pick on the menu and he nailed it. The mac and cheese and the brussels sprouts vanished fast, and the tri-tip with spaghetti squash and the delmonico rounded out a generous spread. My one small miss was the fried chicken, flavorful but a touch dry, the lone soft note of the night. The carrot cake ice cream cake split the table down the middle, though nobody walked away disappointed. Four stars, with only that dry chicken keeping it from a clean sweep. We left already angling for a reason to return.

Laine, our waitress was wonderful and explained everything on the menu and had some suggestions. The sourdough bread with seaweed butter was outstanding and the appetizer of Stracciatella with fresh english peas, prociutto and batarga was the highlight of the night. We had the Clam Linguine with clams, lardons, mandarin and chives and also the Rigatoni with the Heritage Pork Ragu that they are known for. Both were excellent. We had the Rubarb Cake for dessert which was unlike anything we've had before and really enjoyed it. We had heard great things about Rolf and Daughters and those opinions were reinforced by a special evening. We look forward to returning

I walked in without a reservation and they had a table available on the patio, exactly what I wanted! Everyone was so kind and service was friendly and attentive. For starters, I tried the pork sausage dish with clams stuffed in a pepper. It was definitely an interesting and creative preparation and incredibly filling. It was good and I appreciated the flavors but would try a different starter next time! I really enjoyed the spaghetti. It tasted like summer on a plate - light, fresh, and bursting with bright tomato flavor. The sauce was simple but layered, letting the quality of the ingredients shine. Overall, an enjoyable meal and a space I'd love to come back to try other menu items....I have heard rave reviews about a corn pasta here and I'd like to try sitting in the interior dining section which had a cozy, inviting feel.

On top of that, our server was hands down the best we've had in a long time. The drink menu was a little limited, but every cocktail we tried tasted really good. We started with the Caesar salad, and honestly that was the one miss of the night. It had a bit of a weird taste to it. Everything after that was fantastic though. I got the lamb chop and my fiancé got the filet, and both were cooked to perfection. For sides, the truffle fries and Brussels sprouts were standouts that I highly recommend. Will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. We ordered the biscuits and gravy with fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and two iced coffees. The coffee was good but the food was, honestly, borderline inedible and not at all what we expected. What was even more disappointing was the response when our server asked how everything was. We were honest and told her we didn't like the food. Her only response was, "Awww," before walking away. There was no offer to make it right, no follow-up, and no manager checked on us. When our table was cleared, our plates were still nearly full. For a bill of around $100 for brunch for two, I expected much better food and customer service. The beautiful setting wasn't enough to make up for the disappointing meal and lack of concern when we shared our experience.
