Amazing place for dinner! Make reservations in advance! The rigatoni & heirloom tomatoes were fantastic! The bread left more to be desired as it is served room temperature not warm and was not anything to ride home about. The butter it was served with was fantastic. Dessert was mostly sorbet so we skipped it. Overall great experience and service was fabulous!

Came here on a trip to Nashville because I saw great reviews on Yelp and TikTok. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, small and welcoming. I also always appreciate a farm to table restaurant. We got a variety of things to try for our party of four. To start we got the sourdough bread with seaweed butter, kale salad, beef tartare, and yellowfin tuna carpaccio. The kale salad was my stand out app, I loved the fresh black currents in it. For the mains we got the clam linguine, chicken, and snapper. The stand out here was the linguine and the chicken. They make their pasta fresh, and you could definitely tell. The chicken was covered in the most delicious sauce and has garlic confit which was literally chefs kiss.

The vibe is cozy and cool, the service was great, the food was seasonal and very well prepared. We ordered the bread with seaweed butter and its simplicity and just good quality won our heart. I never miss a seasonal snap pea salad and it didn't disappoint. The main course was a seasonal fish, beautiful made with a light, delicious sauce and the pasta was one of the best I have had so far, will go again to try more pastas on the menu. The one star I am removing is for the dessert, I am so disappointed with that rhubarb cake, I really wished for a more interesting and delicate dessert. But overall- a great place and I shall go again!

The service was truly top-notch--attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special without being overbearing. Every dish felt thoughtfully put together, and a few really stood out. I've been on the hunt for more black sesame treats, and the raspberry sherbet with cremolata and salted black sesame seed butter was exactly what I was looking for--the most perfect, not-too-sweet dessert. Creative, balanced, and completely unforgettable. I'd go back just for that. The stracciatella on toast was another standout--simple but incredibly well executed. My second favorite dish was the lightly roasted snap pea with fennel, spring onion, and chili--fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. So good. The linguini and clams was decent, but didn't quite hit the same level as the other dishes. It leaned a bit too al dente for my taste, and the flavor felt a little on the bland side. Overall, an incredible dining experience with standout dishes and impeccable service. Try this when you're in Germantown.

Visited 4/21/26, had a delicious meal. Our server was extremely attentive and gave a great overview of the menu. Nice ambiance. Grouper was 10/10; this was our favorite dish - we were eating the sauce with a spoon at the end! Linguine 9/10; lemony, light, creamy, flavorful Mafalde 9/10; the breadcrumb on top was wonderful and the sauce was amazing. Ours had several big mussels. Sourdough bread 7/10; average crusty bread, didn't taste much "seaweed" in the seaweed butter On the expensive side, but in my opinion worth it for a special occasion with great service and great bites.

Soooo good! This is a small place so some of the seating arrangements are a bit cramped. There are two long picnic tables that different parties can share. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was so good. Although the menu is small, the items are delicious and good portions. I would definitely come back here!

This was my out-of-town birthday dinner choice and it was a great one! We decided to take a chance and drop in without making a reservation. We took an Uber to Germantown, the restaurant housed in a cute building, some string lights and an address to identify. Greeted by at the host stand on entry, with a smile. We let them know we didn't have a reservation, but they had 2 spots at the bar for us. It was fairly open when we were seated but glad we got there early as it filled up quickly. The waiter/bartender greeted us and reviewed the menu; he was interactive with all the guests and really enthusiastic about the food. Storm King was my drink of choice, still on my Mezcal kick, this drink was really good! La Luna Mezcal, Street Puma Scotch, Cynar, Ancho Chili, Honey, Lime, Pepper. Smokey with just the right amount of kick from the chili and pepper salt Ordered Sourdough bread with seaweed butter and Dry Aged beef tartare. Sourdough was really good; the butter was salty but couldn't detect other seaweed attributes. The beef tartare was good, it was a really big portion. My main dish choice was trofie pasta dish the bartender described as very spring like. When it came it was a fresh green pasta and boy was it delicious!!! The trofie pasta was an excellent vehicle for the sauce of leek, pine nut, maitake, and cultured butter. Too bad I don't live in Nashville! I would be going often while this was on the menu, I can't stop thinking about it! Quaint, cozy space, great service, great drink, and delicious food.

Went here for date night and had a great time! It's quite tiny inside from what we imagined it would be like, but truly a unique place that's tucked away in the city. The sourdough bread was a recommendation from others online and the seaweed butter paired with it really nicely! Our drinks were yummy and presentation of the food was lovely. Our server, Molly was super knowledgeable and attentive. Not normally our type of place but would love to go back and try the next seasonal menu. Or for that zucchini butter pasta dish because it was super tasty.

Beautiful local food here. Every bite packs a flavor punch. Expensive meal. But one of the nicest meals I've experienced in Nashville. Staff is great, small restaurant with great ambience

Five star Chicken! 10/10 Everything else? Ok. Small plated dishes. One group is appetizer like starters, second group is pasta and last is your protein group. I enjoyed the rigatoni. I love an al dente pasta with a flavorful sauce. This one nailed it. The bread was my starter with the seaweed butter. The butter was divine! The bread could have been warmer to me. If it were, I would have eaten the whole loaf. Serviced by the bartender Ryan. I hope I got his name right! He's from the New York area? With a daughter. Super kind! Very knowledgeable! Really made the experience impressive and enjoyable. Thank you so much!!

The place is dark, cozy and pretty lively. Service here was standard, a couple of staff members seemed like they didn't want to be there but were still respectful. Recommendation was 2-3 plates per person depending on how hungry you are. I'm got three cause I was starving. Scallops - Scallops was raw with a citrus spicy sauce that reminded me of tom yum. I typically love scallops but these were not it. The scallops were more buttery in flavor which I think it's better if seared. If raw, better with a sweeter scallop. Tonnareli - A green pasta with mussels - I appreciate that they de-shelled it for me. The pasta was el dente. If you like pesto you would like this. Fuyu Perssimon Custard - You need to order this! It is not overly sweet and the custard was silky smooth. Overview: Get the dessert and stick with the pastas it is what they are known for. I may come back to give this place another chance and to try different dishes.

We live nearby, and for some reason we rarely eat here! It was great to be back and it reminded me that this is the type of place you could easily come to once a week, sit at the bar and have a drink, bowl of pasta, and be very happy! It's so cozy here in the winter. We did sit at the bar on this visit, and the service was great. We had the sourdough bread (great tang and texture), salad (fresh and tasty but nothing special to me), pasta with crab (delicious) and their signature chicken dish (I could eat this every day!) Pro-tip: save some of your bread for the addictive sauce from the chicken. It's sooo good. We also got some cocktails. I can't remember the name but mine was a spicy take on a margarita, and my husband had one that was reminiscent of a Negroni. Both were good but not the most unique cocktails I've ever had. I remember years ago being more impressed by their cocktails. 5 stars! Great service, delicious food and wonderful atmosphere.

Fusilli, zucchini, basil, cultured butter, calabrian

The atmosphere was very cozy and vibey, making it a really enjoyable place to sit down and eat. The service was good throughout the evening, attentive without being overbearing. We started with the tartare and then shared the Fusilli with zucchini and the Canestri with snails. Out of everything we tried, the fusilli was definitely the favorite. The sauce was spectacular and really stole the show. I also appreciated that everything is made in-house, and you can tell there's a lot of care and effort that goes into the food. That being said, I felt that some of the dishes were a little overpriced for what you're actually getting. The quality was good, but at the price point, I was expecting to be a bit more impressed.

It's a great wine bar with an amazing selection of natural wines, delicious food, the best service, and an amazing ambiance. What's not to like? Sauced works a little bit differently than a lot of wine bars. We walked in and were welcomed right away. When we grabbed seats at the bar (there are also tables), our bartender (I feel terrible that I'm not 100% sure of his name since we had such a great time with him - but I'm pretty sure it was John) asked us about wines we like or are drawn to. They don't have a printed menu - they ask you what you like or are in the mood for and then they they'll pour you tastes until you find something you love. Then they have several fridges of bottles you can purchase and open. And their selection here is also great. We saw bottles by several winemakers we stalk (when we see, we usually buy). The wines our bartender recommended (based on our tastes and preferences) were great, too. They also have a great menu of food items - great for a meal or a snack. We ordered their mortadella sandwich, which will likely go down as one of my favorite sandwiches of the year (great bread, tons of mortadella, pistachio cream, gooey melted cheese)... I think I covered this already, but the service was excellent: attentive (we didn't have empty glasses for long at all before we were involved in a conversion about what we wanted to pour next), friendly, helpful... The bar itself is also great - tons of character: walls with smoke from candles, great lighting, little intimate nooks for seating... I had a great time at Sauced: great wine, great food, a great time. I'm not in Nashville as often as I should be (in laws), but I'd be happy to visit Sauced every time I'm in Nashville. Sauced might be an outpost of a Brooklyn wine bar, but Nashville is still so lucky to have it. Most cities don't have a wine bar as great as Sauced.

One stall had a broken lock, while another was completely out of toilet paper. We attended a comedy show and waited approximately 15 minutes before being acknowledged by the bar staff. When I approached one bartender to order a glass of wine, I was told that because I was attending the comedy show, I should use the bar located in that area instead. I was then informed that if I wanted food, I would need to return to the other side of the venue to place that order. As a paying customer, I found this interaction unnecessarily dismissive and unhelpful. My destination within the establishment should not determine whether a staff member is willing to serve me. The service throughout the evening was disappointing. The bartenders appeared overwhelmed, unfriendly, and unwilling to provide basic customer service. While the venue itself has great potential, the lack of professionalism and customer care left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

We came by for happy hour and light bites and were pleasantly surprised by their great deals. The $5 glasses of wine (plus a few other happy hour options) made it an easy choice. With the amazing early spring weather, we opted to sit outside in their patio garden area, which was such a cute and relaxed spot. For food we ordered the bruschetta, whipped goat cheese, and meatballs. The whipped goat cheese was the clear standout--it came with blueberry compote and hot honey so you could go sweet or slightly spicy. The blueberry compote with the goat cheese was honestly to die for. The bruschetta was also really tasty with great flavor, and I appreciated the thinner crostini slices. The meatballs came with three generously sized meatballs and were good, but not quite as standout as the other two dishes. Service at the bar was a little slow, but I honestly felt bad because there was only one bartender handling an increasingly busy bar. Despite that, the food actually came out fairly quickly. Overall, it's such a cute little spot in East Nashville with a great happy hour and lively atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

An open kitchen with a wood-burning grill sends heat and aroma across the floor, so the whole space feels alive and warm at once. The staff matched the setting, gracious and sharp from hello to goodbye. The food kept pace. The sausage and cheddar biscuits earn every word of their reputation, we could have made a meal of them. We ate family style, which is the move here, passing everything so the whole table got a taste. Tara's halibut was the runaway favorite, our server called it his top pick on the menu and he nailed it. The mac and cheese and the brussels sprouts vanished fast, and the tri-tip with spaghetti squash and the delmonico rounded out a generous spread. My one small miss was the fried chicken, flavorful but a touch dry, the lone soft note of the night. The carrot cake ice cream cake split the table down the middle, though nobody walked away disappointed. Four stars, with only that dry chicken keeping it from a clean sweep. We left already angling for a reason to return.
