Nice addition to the Nashville food scene! Small venue though. No parking. Limited food options & no bar menu. Just tell the bartender what you like. Very crowded. Nice vibe but not sure I'd return!

A great wine bar in the heart of Germantown with a casual/relaxed vibe. When we went after a sounds game, there were multiple opens for white, red and blush wines to try prior to placing your order at the bar. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering all our questions. Be sure to check out the patio in the back!

We had such an enjoyable experience. They don't have a wine menu, you explain your taste preferences for wine and the bartender brings a couple over for you to sample based off what you said. The price range she said is $14-20 per glass. On the higher end, for one glass which is why this is not 5 stars. It would be great to hang out and have a few glasses but that would add up quick. I am not sure if they sell by bottle or not. We both had a tough choice of which one to pick out of our samples so the bartender did do a great job of picking what we might like. We were there for the pizza pop up night and did the roasted garlic cream and pepperoni. The roasted garlic cream was more like a cheese bread and very light on the garlic. The pepperoni was very flavorful. Pizza was $16-18 for 4 slices of wood fire which again very high in cost. We enjoyed splitting both of them. Great, cozy spot for catching up with friends or a date night. Parking is street parking, I had no issues but depending on when you come could be hard to find a spot. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We love having a wine bar in germantown! The employees really know their stuff and its so fun to have someone help you choose a bottle. The first time we went was sooo busy and the patio hadnt been built yet. We ended up just kinda standing and we felt like we were in the way all the time. Now, they have an outdoor patio that is pretty sizable. This was much better. There were no bar stools at the bar outside though, and considering we were there for a couple hours it was a little bit long to be standing. The wine selection is great and I havent had a wine I didnt like there. The grilled cheese is amazing!! Sourdough bread and a cheese that is so tangy. Its almost a little blue cheese-y so I can see how it wouldnt be everyones cup of tea but I really enjoyed it. The charcuterie board was good but a little small, we ended up getting two larges. I'm pretty sure I ate all the olives in the group, they were so good! I think they are still working on some things, but I really like Sauced- and I love their glasses!

Super cool spot! Gets really crowded early so expect to stand unless you can snag one of the 2 tops or a barstool. Some small bites available to snack on. They let you sample a couple wines before you order and have lots of options for glasses if you don't want a bottle!

What a totally unique experience... We stopped by here when it was pouring rain, and wanted to play pool. There was DJ equipment on the pool table, so that wasn't optimal, but that didn't diminish my take on the place. Really cool, chill vibe with a very personable service team. They don't have a menu! They "get to know you first" and talk through wine selection, and then give you some options. Ellie was the team member who served us, and she was knowledgeable and really perfect for the presentation and experience they have created here. Great place to sip wine, meet friends, taste some unique wine, and sometimes, I guess, play pool. The neighborhood it is in is a fun walking environment too. Definitely recommend, we might swing by next time we are in town too, and see you there...

Brooklyn based wine bar found in Nashville. A wine bar where you can taste many samples and choose your favorite. Great patio an amazing service make sure you try any and all the foods. They often Collab with local restaurants. Can't wait for the fall nights in their patio but don't be fooled. I have been there many nights inside due to TN heat, and played pool on their lopsided pool table.

Super cute spot. Went to dinner at Emmy Squared and walked over for a glass of wine. It's first come first serve when it comes to seating. Very intimate space, perfect for a date or small group. The staff were super nice and are very helpful in making wine recommendations depending on what you're in the mood for. I will definitely be back.

This is a cute new wine bar in Germantown that I've wanted to try since they opened. There's street parking around as well as a paid lot nearby. As soon as you walk in, it gives off a cozy, vibrant vibe. For a Thursday night, it was busy so seating was a little challenging but we licked up with a corner high top. You order at the bar and the bartender let us sample two of their red wines before making a decision. This place is good for a date night or outing with friends to grab a drink before dinner or afterwards.

This is a lovely little wine bar and a great addition to the Germantown neighborhood. When you walk in, you're encouraged to grab a seat at the communal tables and order at the bar. There's no set wine list and the sommelier will discuss your preferences and make recommendations which you get to sample before purchasing a glass. I'd asked for a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc which they didn't have. This surprised me that they don't have wine from every region, but they were quick to offer alternatives. The wine servers/sommeliers were incredibly friendly. If you're just looking for a cozy (crowded) place for a glass of wine, look no further. I think where they fall a little short is the food. The portions are small for the price. We ordered the small cheese and charcuterie plate and it had one 3x1inch slice of Brie and and two meat choices for $24. Only including one slice of cheese is not a great value for a cheese and meat plate. For Valentines Day they has a special offer, East Coast Oysters. 12 for $32 seemed like a good deal, until we got the oysters and they were still stuck to the shells with no fork to dislodge them. After the awkward realization they were still stuck to the shells, I went to the food bar to ask for a fork and the chef just pointed to a bucket of forks. Not very warm, which was odd because the rest of the staff was so nice. Our server asked how the oysters were and I mentioned they were difficult to eat without a fork and she said she'd mention that to the chef. I would return for the wine bar vibes, but maybe eat first.

I love this little wine bar in Germantown. It's the perfect place to go and sip and talk meanwhile trying a bunch of different wines. The employees really worked to find our favorite pour and would not stop until they did. Super cute and unique experience.

This spot is a vibe!! Didn't eat anything because we stumbled upon it leaving dinner next door. But the wine and service is perfect. It's such a grown and sexy spot! Absolutely coming back

Trendy wine bar. Great vibes. Good music. Unique bites. The place is super small so it can get crowded very fast. Definitely worth trying out for a low key, chill time. They have a variety of wines, that the bartenders have a great knowledge; as they will explain the history and will take the time to make sure you find the wine that fits your palate.

The ambience is still nice, but we were seated so close to other tables it was a bit uncomfortable. The server was great (super sweet waitress) but the food was inconsistent. Even she seemed to be aware of this. Here's what we tried: Steak Tartare: 1/10 - Hated it. Worst steak tartare I've had. It tasted literally ONLY of capers and mustard. We couldn't even see the color of the meat. Even our waitress said it was so inconsistent and sometimes bad. Keep in mind they did comp this which was very nice of them. Whipped Ricotta: 9/10 - Okay this was AWESOME. The pita bread was soft, the ricotta was smooth and sweet, and all the toppings on it were just perfect pairings. Chefs kiss. White Bolognese: 5/10 - Pretty mid/bland. Just kind of tasted like pasta with Alfredo sauce and some meat. Eh. Truffle Fries: 5/10 - Standard fries. There is parmesan and truffle at the top but none on any of the middle or bottom fries, so you don't really want to keep eating them. Brussels: 8/10 - Lovely fry on these. They tasted very rich, but could've had more depth to them in my opinion. More crunch perhaps, or even a zingier sauce. Beef tenderloin: 7/10 - I mean it was good beef, but nothing special. The steak just kind of tasted like an average cut of beef. The au jus was good, though, along with the mashed potatoes. Chocolate cherry cake : 4/10 - They offered this to us for free for our anniversary, but I didn't love it. The chocolate flavor was super mild, and the cherry was kind of sickeningly artificial. Not for me. See what I mean now, by inconsistent?

The bruschetta was also really tasty with great flavor, and I appreciated the thinner crostini slices. The meatballs came with three generously sized meatballs and were good, but not quite as standout as the other two dishes. The curse of Rumours continues!…read more I don't know that any business can survive this address. My first BW review of the year and it seems to have come as a surprise. Whispers abound as to whether the issue at VG was a rent hike or whether the owner just lost interest. In any event, it's the same sad story at the corner of 12th and Woodland. And that's too bad because VG acquitted itself nicely. On a Friday in mid-spring it was the exact right place I wanted to be to catch up with a friend. That backyard has been the stuff of legends for every iteration for a reason. If you've been here for a while, you know the score: walk in the front, smile, be greeted, ask for a table outside. That's just what we did. But before that we got drinks. Being a wine bar and being happy hour and being a Friday we went all in on the house red sangria. Served in a pleasantly large goblet, this goodie jar of wine and fruit did the job of quenching thirst and spurring conversation. To add to the libations, we settled on a series of bites: whipped feta (with sourdough -- and every bit of decadent as described in other reviews), olive tapenade (a briny, mound of oil, citrus and herbs) and (skinny) fries with parmesan & white truffle oil. Right?? What a perfect way to end the work week and begin the weekend. We had wonderful service from Abby and stayed on premises well into sundown. There was a steady crowd throughout our visit so I don't think a lack of business was the COD. Whatever the reason, it sort of boggles the mind that a wine bar concept can't stick around in a neighborhood and location that seems to crave it. That curse might be real.
