I like to try wings from lots of places. Usually a couple time a week. I like the fact that they are non breaded. The wings were good. My wife ordered the chicken strips which were also pretty good and they came with tots, also good. I saw they had a flatbread pizza and added it to our order, it tasted fine but nothing that a frozen pizza at home couldn't compete with. Love this place!! I tried it a while ago and come back often! It's a great break from fast food chains and greasy food. Their chicken is always well seasoned and cooked. I also don't feel gross after eating it like I would usually after eating fast food. The workers are always welcoming when you order. And the have a large variety of foods on their menu. The interior is nice and usually clean. I usually get their chicken sandwich and tots. The chicken is always very juicy and the tots are crispy. I recently ordered chicken sandwich and tater tots meal to go. I was less than impressed. First I watched the young employee who took my order head back to the prep/ bagging area and start handling food without washing hands or putting on gloves before handling the food. Second observation I watched another employee prepare the chicken and tots, place the food in the oven and then proceed to grab a broom and dust pan and start sweeping the floor. To be fair the employee did put on gloves before handling the cooked food from the oven. It took over 20 minutes to receive the meal from the cashier. When I got home (5 minute drive across the road behind Fry's) my wife was extremely disappointed. The sandwich bun was toasted black and the tots burnt hard and crunchy. At the time I ordered my meal there was only one other customer. What is really sad is that my wife and I have been coming here since the grand opening. The quality of service has gradually declined. We do like the concept on how the food is cooked(baked and not greasy) but it will be sometime before coming back. read more

While ordering the lady was behind the register texting on her phone. My wife and I were just standing there waiting to finish our order. She looked up like nothing was wrong. We got our food with the sauces switched with our meals. My wife ordered w/ no pickles. I didn't check the one in front of me. She fed me the pickles. She took a bite of her sandwich. I poured the hot sauce I got with mine all over it. She bit into her food and it wasn't hers. It was mine. She had the honey mustard sauce. So literally if the sauces were on the right food to begin with we would have been ok. But. My wife's mouth was burning for the rest of her meal!! Such a simple mistake by whoever put the food together caused soo much issue. My wife can't do pickles. And she doesn't like HOT hot sauce. Won't be coming back. Even for something this simple. Nice employee at the counter, he asked if it was my first time there and went over the menu with me. I'm on a low carb diet, so I appreciate that the homestyle ones only had 5g for the 4 piece. I didn't want a meal so I ordered a la carte. Took a good 15 minutes for it to come out and it wasn't super busy, not sure if it is because of the process of how it is baked. The counter guy apologized for the wait (always appreciated) and then I got my food and was on my way home. For it not being fried and being lower carb its "okay". I did only get the salt, pepper and garlic rub so that might be part of it, but it didnt remind me of fried chicken at all and I wasnt super impressed with the tenders. They also charge for extra sauces and its a super small amount in the ramekins for the normal size. Naked vs. Breaded chicken, spices used to season it, several sauce choices to choose from, and even 3 different tots choices! If there was anything I would change is my choice of tots. My son said the chicken sandwich was fantastic and we even called to double check if Gluten Free buns are available as didn't see this listed on the menu-we both have celiac and they were extremely helpful and nice.
