They do a great job of keeping everything organized here. Sabres and Bills stuff in different sections, sports cards and trading cards broken down into different spots on the other side. They also have so much room for the events that they hold here. Along with the amount of product they have, they also have some cool pop culture collectibles on display which makes the whole place have a fun feel. Service here is good. I had already looked at Dick's, Walmart, Target and one other locally-owned sporting goods store, so I had all but given up. I don't live far from G&G's, though, so I figured I'd give them a shot before checking out with my Prime shipping. I'm so glad I stopped in! Honestly, I couldn't even tell you if the prices were higher, lower or about the same as what I found online, but I was so impressed with the store and by the sales staff that I couldn't not buy from this locally-owned business. I had been searching for some off-size weights to use in my home gym. I had back surgery a few months ago and have been working out with a personal trainer. Sometimes I cannot make it to the gym to work out with him, though, and have to do my workouts at home on my own. We use 7 pound dumbbells sometimes. Sometimes we use 9 pounds. I could find sets of 5, 10, 15 and 20. Or I could find 5, 8 and 10. But finding those off-sizes like 7 pounds, 9 pounds and 12 pounds was proving to be difficult. I ended up buying a few sets of dumbbells and two racks to hold them. I also picked up a stability ball while I was in there. The guys at the store were very helpful and felt like old friends by the time we finished the transaction. They gave me some tips regarding the stability ball and explained the differences between the sizes. They helped carry the weights out to the car and told me if I need anything else to give them a call. I know I'll eventually need a weight bench and possibly some other accessories like a belt or some other things for my home gym, and when the time comes, they are definitely my first stop I would not hesitate to recommend G&G Fitness to anyone who is in need of weights, machines or accessories. I actually can't wait to go back and look around when I have more time because the store is so large and is filled with a lot of things I probably didn't even notice the first time I stopped in.

We did a HIT class like I've never done before. The trainer was uplifting and kept us moving! We had 12 people with a 12 station HIT workout, each station was 20 seconds on and 40 off with 2 round trips and a 2 min warm up and 2 min cool down. The fact that I was out drinking with friends the night before just made this even better! I almost wish they had a "Gronk Bucket" but thankfully I made it without it! In the end we all felt amazingly fresh! Gordie Gronk even bought everyone smoothies next door. What an amazing family and great shop! Highly recommend
