Took several minutes to find an associate because none of them were wearing uniforms, name tags, or anything else to denote them as an associate. Once I finally found one to ask where the cross-trainers were, of course they were in one of the aisles labeled "womens running". I also poked around womens apparel but even the clearance prices were pretty high. So overall, if you need something that you can get elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.

As soon as you walk in the door it feels like a local hockey shop and not the 'Walmart' of hockey shops. Employees of all ages with difference experience and knowledge who are there to push you towards the right gear for you and not the most expensive to just make profit.
