Soon as I walk in, I was greeted by all of the employees who all had a hand in helping me find new shoes, bag, and have a ball drilled for my hand. This place may be small but every crack and crevice is filled with just about anything you can think of to fit your bowling needs - you name it, they have it. I am a very casual bowler and don't know too much of the lingo that comes with experience but these guys were all very informative, knowledgeable, and patient with helping me step by step with everything I needed. They recommended many things without being pushy or overwhelming. Great service, great prices, great selection of products, and they even gave me a free game at Kenmore lanes to try out my new equipment! Oh and they also have a "shop dog" that walks around and hangs about the aisles too! It likes belly rubs. So cute!

After my last two lessons, I was given chords to practice at home on my keyboard (which is a good way of staying fresh and keep the progress going ) . I feel like the previous 2 star reviews here on Yelp are a bit harsh , since the staff has been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating (even when I am running late.) He has really helped my son find new styles of music and new artists to explore. They do offer recitals and rock band practice, but my son is pretty introverted so we haven't participated in them yet. They had a wide array of easily concealed weapons and deterrent devices. Customer service was great, welcoming us and suggesting different options. The gentleman described the advantages of each product and offered to provide training. The prices seemed fair, and we were glad to find some personal protection that suits us. Just as a sidenote, there is also a barbershop within the business. We witnessed several young men getting the latest taper fade haircuts.

Been preordering from them for over 5+ years…read moreand randomly they decided to implement an arbitrary pickup list for preorders based on "date ordered" mind you that anything can be preordered on their sheet of paper at the bar, so as a smart individual I preordered from both places. Originally at the bar I filled a physical order space out and after they created the website i made one there as well. So not only are we all waiting for our codex preorders still, but one of the employees of their maple road store accidentally let it spill that he was able to pick up one for himself from Lockport. When I came to pick mine up the day they came in I was told about the surprise list order and to come back Sunday, so Sunday when I came in to get the only thing I ordered, I was met with "we can't find the last one we got sent idk where it is!!" I know where it is, your employees purchased it before your actual customers who preordered it. This whole situation has killed this store for me and its so sad that they don't care enough about there customers to get their shit together.... Don't worry though they have ton of aetherdrift and marvel and Spider-Man! Nonissues getting people preorders for that slop, shame on you
