I have purchased quite a few firearms over the past years and ammo without any issues at all. Always up to date on the latest laws and changes to a sport i hold near and dear to my heart. I see some complaints previously about having to have a secure lockable storage box in order to transport handguns home, welcome to Canada and that is a law and he would be jeopardizing his business by breaking the law and just releasing it freely to someone and face charges. 5 minutes of research on some random blog does not make you a gun expert, respect the laws of the land and suck it up like the rest of us all have to do. I thought it was amazing that they had the coaching ability to help even those on wheel chairs. I liked how every staff member really enjoyed working there. you can feel the happy vibe. Booked a day of Archery/Knife Throwing and Gun Shooting…read more Archery: Matteous was our instructor, the 1 he begin with us getting an explanation of the different archery equipment, followed by a lesson in how to perfect the technique. He took him time to explain and assured a lot the way. This was fun, a couple of bruises on the arm as we were still rookies 5/5. Gun shooting: pellets and BB gun. Now this was probably the funnest activity. Matteous was instructor, he explained all the safety features, techniques and let us be. It wasn't as easy as it looks. We spent the time shooting our target with two different guns. Knife throwing: probably my least favourite & probably the hardest activity to master during one session. Aaron was our instructor, did an excellent job as well stayed with us throughout the whole experience providing feedback the activity it self was a 3/5 experience for us. Overall, this facility also sells equipment along with lessons. The place itself could use a bit of tidying up. The room was filled with boxes and random miscellaneous items & a bit dusty. The staff was attentive. Highly recommend coming to check out.

Utter fail! This…read moreplace either has inadequate staff or staff who's untrained, doesn't know the answers and constantly has to seek a manager. I went in for a specific piece of equipment and had to ask a coupla workers where it was located. No biggie. Then when I got to the cash, the item I brought was the wrong price and I found out that the box I brought up was a newer model, even though I was told it was just in a different box by a supervisor. BOTH boxes appeared opened and I asked the supervisor specifically if there would be any issue with the item. Came home and display is BROKEN. Like why is this even on the sales floor being sold if someone returned it? This is just an assumption, but again, box was obviously re-taped. Overall, the whole process just took longer than usual and they sell defective merchandise. This location is quite far for me and now I'm stuck returning something that should've never been resold in the first place. On top of that, once I discovered this, I called their store to inform them and no one picks up the phone. "Mailbox" is full. I tried a few times without anyone picking up the phone. Not impressed.
