I hate to write a bad review of any business, but the staff demonstrated a fundamental lack of care in my opinion. I am not from the Niagara region. A friend recommended NQ to me, and so I used their Airsoft part ordering service. This process took a couple months, with an extreme lack of communication. My friend would frequently contact the staff, and they would consistently not be aware of the status of our products. Apparently their parts "person" would not be in, and they would not maintain consistent contact with him. NQ would never give an ETA, citing problems at the border with the United States. When the products finally did arrive, we made the hour or so trip into St. Catherine's. Little did we know that the parts were not even ordered for one of my friend's guns. I handed over mine (CYMA M14 and KJW M9) to be fitted with a new barrel and hop up, and my friend gave his Desert Eagle to their gun technician. They then proceeded to tell me (after a week or so) that the hop up replacement was not necessary and that the barrel did not fit. They did not have access to my guns. I get that. But if they did not know something, they should have asked. I still got charged $25 for labour and my friend's gun was worse off than it came in. In terms of selection, NQ is not bad. However, DMZ does get a G&G shipment each month. I would place an order with them and get guns with them instead. I understand certain things take time, but I was never informed of the delay and was never questioned if parts would fit. They still charged me $25 and told me "this stuff happens". A fundamental lack of customer service.

If you're interested in learning how to dive, definitely check out Dip-N-Dive. They offer multiple certification sessions. Some of them are once a week and other more fast track programs are twice a week (evenings) and generally only take ~8 classes or so. The equipment here is priced really high and if you are going to sign up for their diving class, they will ask you to have your own snorkel, mask and fins, weight belt, belt and boots. Those items will run close to $400, so just be aware of the additional expenses you'll incur. I should have written down her name but she was a referee and I guess in charge of the evolution on Sunday, October 6th 2019. This woman was constantly screaming at my employees, completely rude and looking for confrontation. At one point she got within about a foot of a female participant and screamed: "You got a problem with me?!" I was truly concerned this was going to end up in a physical confrontation and we left shortly after. Seriously, how unprofessional can you be? This is supposed to be a fun event, but she made it an uncomfortable and stress filled afternoon. Holland paintball needs to get rid of this angry and screaming employee, they have already lost all of my companies future business and will lose more anytime she is in front of customers. On a last note, I politely asked for her supervisor to discuss her behavior and file a complaint. She screamed if I had an issue with her to take it up with her and no one else, and I mean SCREAMED, while standing a foot from my face. That is when we all left. Never again Holland, when I fear for my employees physical safety of being physically challenged by your rude employee that's it.

Place was disgusting, THE TOILETS reeked and you can smell it down the hall, there's 1 toilet per gender so you can imagine how much it gets used. It's completely unsafe, the place was so understaffed they didn't even check waivers or people's gears. Some people were using guns with a PSI rating wayy too strong for what gear they give to the public. Clearly the owners are greedy, the prices are crazy it's almost 3 times what you pay for outside for paint balls and bear in mind they get supply shipments for it. But holy hell, of course their buisness comes from parties so why even try to make the prices even remotely believable. The Paint ball arena was fine, if you're a rookie be ready to be so dirty you throw away your shoes at the end of the day. Some places were very slippery and steep even though we are signed up for it we saw two people break their ankles that day. Overall, It's cheaper to buy your own gear and have a paintball party at someone's back yard than to ever plan a party bere. Absolute bonkers.

When I got to the counter, the gas mask was magically priced at $50 and the price of the suspenders was doubled at $20. I ended up just getting the suspenders, but the cherry on top was that the suspenders were actually broken and missing a clamp making them pretty much unwearable. Definitely not coming back.
