Absolute terrible customer service. Staff are unprofessional and do not communicate well. Teams are almost always unbalanced where they put new and inexperienced players against regulars/pros/content creators to make themselves look good. You guys are a joke. read more

Brought my son's here so they can experience the hype, rented some of the equipment but they forgot to give me back my drivers license. They took my driver's license as a collateral for a battery, gave them back all the equipment after 1 hr and told me I was good to go. Realizing they had my drivers license half way home to Scarborough. Thank God my friend was there to get my license or else it would've have been a hassle driving back there. My kids did enjoy the experience. read more

I've played alot of different airsoft fields and this one seems the most accommodating to new players. The schedule isnt as strict as siege and the field is bigger and less tight then Toronto airsoft. Staff let us try our own games and modify the games they had us play. All around the vibe was fun and there were very few arguments. The rental gear is better then most places also if your willing to pay the money for it. Still no tracer rounds yet though. Extremely Cliquey, boys club - terrible for beginners and those interested in playing Airsoft in a friendly environment. Here's why: We decided to take a visit to Ultimate Airsoft undercover as renters with no gear and a few friends just to get the general vibe of the staff and players that frequent this location. Staff was welcoming at the beginning and our Ultimate Airsoft experience was off to a great start, that was until the first game... The referee managing the field couldn't have been older than 16 years old and calls all of the players to the center for team balancing, "Armbands on one side! No armbands on another!" Now, I don't blame the referee for what transpired because he was young and it was apparent that he was easily impressionable from the older players that frequent the field, and it became increasingly obvious that this was the beginning of a AT BEST mediocre experience. Our first game and team consisted of 7 players total including us, so 3 renters who had little to 0 experience playing Airsoft. The opposing team on the other hand, had at least TWICE as many players (I counted 14 before the game started which I found instantly odd) all of whom owned their own weapon and seemed to be a part of the "Ultimate Airsoft Boys Club" - I assume this because one of the players on the opposing team was even the instructor in the safety video we were shown before being able to access the field. OK, so renters vs. gun owners and field staff - great. We weren't about to let this detail get us down though. The game was "King of the Hill" and the Armband team was given the advantage of having the "Hill" about 15ft from their spawn point. We on the other hand, given the back corner of the field, completely out of range of said flag. No problem. "3! 2! 1! GO" the game had started. But wait, not before the ref instantly smokes out the entire field, allowing access to 14+ experienced players to instantly raise the flag and begin the game of attack and defend. Ahhh.. the old bait and switch.. typical of bad airsoft players seeking an ego boost from newbies. You can guess what happened. The game was awful, with many of the fellow renters all-together giving up and sitting in spawn to wait for the end of the match. What made it worse, was even amidst CLEAR hits, these Ultimate Airsoft veterens were not even calling outs.. ugh... I even overheard one of the newbie players being harassed for adjusting his mask as we exited the field, and replied "Are you guys players or the authority here?" - "We're both." Back in the locker room, the Armband team was chuckling, having a laugh and reminiscing on all the skill-shots they made during the game. I was embarrassed for them actually... It was pretty obvious from the get-go that non of the experienced players were interested in team balancing and the vibe was that at ultimate airsoft at least, they frequently use new players for target practice and have little to no regard for beginners ..which kind of gives you the idea of the vibe of the place to begin with.. Ontop of that theres: 1. No variety of games, just "King of the Hill" over and over again.. 2. Older veteran players (I overheard "Tier 1" lol) that seemingly didn't notice the clear unbalanced organization of the establishment 3. Generally, a greasy vibe. If you're going to go here, you're going to feel largely uncomfortable, the locker room is one big clique INCLUDING the location staff and generally overrated from the reviews here. I'd go back but only to light up those guys with our gear. read more

No air conditioner ..we barely could breath there . And the helmets smell bad . They should be disinfected as everybody use them .

Nice experience! I was shot several times and it really hurts. The indoor battle field is at an adequate size. Everything works great!

It was fun until these older Eastern European guys showed up and ruined the whole experience. Your not suppose to use full automatic setting, yet I know for a fact these guys were. My friend has marks across his back and arm that clearly show patterns that could only be done by getting hit with a full auto setting. When we informed the staff of this they knew who we were talking about but did nothing about it. Also more should be done to enforce the HONOR system they talk about. On multiple occasions I witness the same people getting hit multiple times without removing themselves from the play, sometimes right in front of the ref. For the most part we were playing with a birthday party with younger kids, there is no need for this kind of behaviour when everyone is there just to have a fun time. It's to bad how a couple people can come a ruin the whole experience. read more
