They gave us complimentary popcorn, registered us by phone and followed up with us twice to see if we were enjoying our experience. The manager, Wayne, introduced himself to us and had a card for my step sister whose birthday had been a few days before. The card included several free bowling tickets! Everyone that worked there was super attentive from Aliza, who manages sales to Wayne to the entire front of house staff. The space itself is clean and inviting and they even gave us a 10% discount on our game. Our evening was fantastic and the four of us have decided that we will go back monthly.
