Bowliiiiiiiiiiin'
Hannah K.

We came here because they had a sweet $10 deal where you could get two games, a slice of pizza and pop during the kids' mid-winter break, so I decided to indulge and take my little brother because he loves to bowl. Now honestly, I hate bowling. I have zero arm strength, never have, never will. I've never bowled any triple digit games. But we still managed to enjoy ourselves nonetheless. When we arrived the bowling center was PACKED and we were put on a waitlist - ended up waiting maybe 15 minutes or so for a lane to open for us. From there we got our shoes, picked our balls, and played. The reason I'm docking a star is that when you're playing and you finish a game, you can just keep playing if you want, but the system doesn't shut off after you've reached the limit you paid for. I guess they do unlimited bowling here, and then you pay for how many rounds you play after you finish - but I didn't know that and ended up having to pay an extra $12 for two games we didn't mean to play. Most centers I've been to will only allow you to play what you've already paid for, but here I definitely left frustrated. Despite this, I'd say this is a great place to bring younger kids - there were a surplus of them there during our visit, and the lanes are definitely accommodating to little kids (with bumpers and slides they can use to push the heavy balls down the lane). There was also a number of older people here, enjoying themselves. There's a bar in here too, with a pool table! I'm not sure I'll be returning any time soon, mostly because there are closer bowling alleys to where I live and like I said before...I really don't like to bowl.

930pm bowling!

4 stars for a place that has 40 lanes, specials (75c to less than $2 per game) several days a week, and good memories from bowling with friends. I bring my own bowling shoes so their specials become a steal for me! Even $4 for shoe rentals is fantastic. You see people of all skill levels frequent the bowling center so don't be shy and give it a shot. Bowling league is typically in the evenings and ends around 9pm so I would recommend coming before or after to avoid the crowd.

As far as bowling carpets go, this is classy AF

Nice large bowling alley (40 lanes!). This bowling alley is clean, and there are plenty of tables and seating without feeling cramped. The bar is also a good size, with 48 taps, all $5 pints, which for some of the beers they have is a crazy good deal. You can check out their beer list online. Shoe rental is $4 a person. After 9pm on tues-thurs games are $1 each ($0.75 on Mondays). If you have your own shoes like I do, that equals some super cheap bowling. Even with shoe rental its a pretty cheap evening of entertainment. Peak bowling costs are $4.50 a game. Last year they had some fun themed leagues, like a craft beer league and a wine league. Not sure if those will continue, but know there are fun league options even if you arent a serious bowler. Staff was friendly, and when the sole fell off my one of my shoes (Ive had them for a good 15 years) the guy let me use a pair of the house shoes for free. I will for sure be back for some evening bowling and beers!

This is really nice and big bowling place. Pretty cheap and nice. I give them 3 star because it is important for me when I go somewhere the staff be nice and friendly. The guy that was in charge for shoes and a game was pretty mean . But I really had fun there and loved the environment even in the middle of the week they had lots of people's there. They had one fun idea selling slide pizza in the cart for just $2 and was delicious. The bar was fun however their pool table was broken, their darts was not good and the machine was keep count scoring wrong. They have lots of lines so when ever you go they have empty spot to play. It was nice place for kids to play. Few kids playing next to us and looked like they had to much fun so as we :) Over all I really like there and go back there again. Just hope to not deal again with their cranky staff.

This is the alley that all my friends who grew up in the area go to. They have weeknight specials (Mondays are 2-4-1 margaritas & 75 cent games, Tuesdays are $10 beer tubes etc.) so they make it a relatively inexpensive way to spend the night. There are a lot of lanes here and I don't think we've ever had a problem getting two lanes next to each other. Nothing particularly spectacular about this place but it's always fun & the drinks are pretty cheap!

We ended up having a fantastic time, and I was really happy with how the party went. The man who booked it for us, I think the owner, was really nice and helpful and in the booking process. I was extra happy when, after I picked a package and gave him a number of people, he allowed me to only pay for the food of the people not bowling despite the package being a set price for food, bowling, and shoes. I expected to pay a flat rate for all, despite my parents not wanting to bowl, so I thought it was kind that he didn't have me pay for them for bowling. The party went off without a hitch! Everyone got shoes and they put us in a couple lanes on the side of the alley so it was more private. They also dimmed the lights so we got to have midnight bowling. Our food package included pizza, wings, salad, and pop. I also added on some nachos and fries, and I was able to have a tab at the bar for pitchers of beer. Speaking of the beer, they had a wide selection of them available for pitchers, including many local and some hard cider! The food was set up right behind the lanes for us so we didn't even need to leave them to eat. I wouldn't expect a bowling alley to have really good food, but we all loved it and my family, often picky about wings, were raving about them. Overall, the experience was lots of fun, prices very reasonable, and friendly and helpful staff. Best part - the 90s playlist they had playing throughout, giving us the most fun nostalgia boost!! If you are looking to have a great time for a party, I recommend!!

Can't bowl for long, folks. League bowling tonight." No "How are you? Welcome! What can I help you with." He was quickly corrected by a woman and then he said begrudgingly, "Oh...we already oiled the lanes. I forgot. You can stay." Nice. Then we had a machine that wouldn't reset our names and scores because it was acting wonky. My husband went up. He told him, "Hit reset." So...we did. 3x. No dice. So I went up. He then threw up his hands exasperated, clearly annoyed, and said very loudly & slowly, "HIT RESET" as if I was deaf, dumb, and 4. I said, "I did. THREE TIMES." We are not professional bowlers by any means, but decided to get our own balls and shoes for the four times a year we currently play (with plans to increase that). Mike will push you to a heavier ball than you have in mind stating that once the holes are drilled to your span and comfort, you will be able to maintain a heavier ball and in addition, heavier balls will knock the pins around more. He pushed me into a 15 pounder; drilled the holes and off I went to the attached lanes. I'm 6'5" 210lbs and he was not even entertaining a lighter ball. Couldn't throw the ball to save my life. I guess I had become accustomed to throwing a 10 pounder without putting my thumb in the ball and imparting mass spin. Went bowling a couple of times afterwards and still just didn't feel right. Many months later, I went back to get a 10 pounder and Mike was appalled at my new decision and I had to fight tooth and nail to get him to do it. I wanted to impart mass spin with my thumb in the ball. Mike told me it would not happen and sure enough after the drilling and testing on their lanes, it was horrible (gee, I guess 30 year pro shop Mike knew what he was talking about). I then grabbed my 15 pounder and it felt great. Like a new ball. Form felt good. Bowled a 175 (as I said, I'm no pro). I guess not bowling for a bit made me forget my bad form with the alleys 10 punder. I wish I had bowled a game with my 15 pounder before insisting Mike drill me a 10 pounder. Summary... Mike knows what he is talking about. Great friendly individual. Definitely does not try to oversell. Will spend time to ensure you are happy. Kirk
