I cannot easily state how much the process was easy, and while not painless also not tied up in bureaucracy as I had expected it to be. The young woman who was helping us was incredible (I unfortunately cannot remember her name, and I hate that. I'd really like to call her out by name). The little I looked at the firearms pricing I think they are very competitive, but as a non-New Yorker for the past 38 years, I can't purchase there so I didn't dig in deep. We also picked up a little Camo outfit for our 18Month old grandson while there. Pricing for the work they did was very reasonable, and she made sure we were getting enough insurance in case the unthinkable happened. I cannot say how they improved a horrible moment for us. They claimed to only have 1 yet in the past 30 days I've ordered 7 of them and there's currently another one listed on their website. Of course they raised the price 10% after waiting 25 hours to post it on the site. And of course they can't price match it because it's not within 24 hours. (The fact that they took more than 24 hours to post it on their site doesn't matter) My account rep said they'd price match a price within the last 24 hours. They take 25-26 hours to post another item in stock to get around that price matching. Very sketchy and slimy sales team. Reflects poorly on the owners and the company as a whole. I gave them 2 stars simply because the shipping has been quick.

To bring you up go speed I had recently purchased a pair of Bauer vapor ice skates and after wearing them a dozen times I still experienced foot pain caused by my flat and collapsed arches. The place I had purchased them couldn't get rid of those "Hot Spots ". So a teammate recommended The owner Greg and he was able to heat and push out these areas of the skate boots. Now from this new custom fit I have total relief from the pain in both skates. Awesome! So now these skates are the best fit skates I ever had. KUDOS

Here we found kids ice skates for anywhere between $25 and $50, quite the price break over brand new-retail! The three sales associates were ever so helpful, making sure our hockey sticks were just right and showing us everything we were looking for! I was visiting my dad and saw the shop was only 10 minutes down the road brought my bow with me over Thanksgiving. I am glad I did. He noticed my site and whiskey biscuit needed to be set up correctly and fixed before I began asking questions. From there, he recommended a release, probably the cheapest one he had. He said it's one of the best releases you can get and better than the 100-dollar release he used due to sponsorship. He did a couple of other tweaks and gave me a ten-minute lesson in the back of the shop. I had a great group at 15 yards with his feedback. I'm not in the area, but my dad said he would be using him for any future needs, and anytime I'm in the area, I will swing by if I need anything. The owner did not try to upsell me on other and was honest. Excellent customer service, friendly, and highly knowledgeable.

Website said this location had 6 pairs in stock that met that criteria - 4 Nike and 2 New Balance. Get to the store, and every sneaker aisle is basically labeled as "running". Took several minutes to find an associate because none of them were wearing uniforms, name tags, or anything else to denote them as an associate. Once I finally found one to ask where the cross-trainers were, of course they were in one of the aisles labeled "womens running". I also poked around womens apparel but even the clearance prices were pretty high. So overall, if you need something that you can get elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.

He was friendly and knowledgeable but didn't hesitate to charge me $85 for his service! I find this charge exorbitant and since he didn't post or tell me his cost in advance, it is also deviant! I felt taken care of but also taken advantage of. Informing customers of the fee in advance of service is simply respectful and good practice. I like to support small businesses but not if they act this way!
