I cannot easily state how much the process was easy, and while not painless also not tied up in bureaucracy as I had expected it to be. The young woman who was helping us was incredible (I unfortunately cannot remember her name, and I hate that. I'd really like to call her out by name). The little I looked at the firearms pricing I think they are very competitive, but as a non-New Yorker for the past 38 years, I can't purchase there so I didn't dig in deep. We also picked up a little Camo outfit for our 18Month old grandson while there. Pricing for the work they did was very reasonable, and she made sure we were getting enough insurance in case the unthinkable happened. I cannot say how they improved a horrible moment for us. I'm all for supporting the small "mom & pop" stores over the big chains and they make it so much easier to do by always making you feel like you've been a customer for years, even on your first visit. I went in to browse around and see if anything sounded good before the start of the football season. That was a mistake for my wallet because everything looked like I needed it. They do a great job of keeping everything organized here. Sabres and Bills stuff in different sections, sports cards and trading cards broken down into different spots on the other side. They also have so much room for the events that they hold here. Along with the amount of product they have, they also have some cool pop culture collectibles on display which makes the whole place have a fun feel. Service here is good. Sometimes the value is a little high. Some markups on trading cards could be a little lower but oh well, that's the sign of the times I guess. Overall, if you need a gift or just looking for yourself, D&A's is the place to go!

How about for a presell/preorder item, that isn't in stock yet? That's exactly what happened with Dave & Adam's, absolutely mind blowing. I ordered a presell product on their website, paid with my credit card, received confirmation, thank you for your order; the normal stuff, everything seems fine. The next day, I receive an email with a bank wire request from D&A to complete the order (see attached picture of email). My initial reaction was this must be someone attempting to scam me; a bad actor, but it was actually D&A. Obviously, I told them absolutely not. This not only costs fees (bank wire fees) but is essentially handing them 100% of the money upfront, for a product they do not even have yet! Additionally, like handing them cash money upfront, I assume 100% of the risks, for a product they do not have yet. Imagine going to Best Buy, Walmart, heck even any local retail shop, to make a purchase with your credit card; they accept it, they swipe it, everything is fine, and then they say "actually, can you get with your bank to wire us money instead?" Now imagine the item you're buying doesn't exist yet, you're not only paying full msrp but a bit more in price for their markup, paying bank wire fees, and that ultimately they'll do their best to get it for you. You literally can't make it up, this may be the most insane request I have ever seen a retailer or store do, and I have seen and experienced some interesting things. Be cautious with whom you do business with!

To bring you up go speed I had recently purchased a pair of Bauer vapor ice skates and after wearing them a dozen times I still experienced foot pain caused by my flat and collapsed arches. The place I had purchased them couldn't get rid of those "Hot Spots ". So a teammate recommended The owner Greg and he was able to heat and push out these areas of the skate boots. Now from this new custom fit I have total relief from the pain in both skates. Awesome! So now these skates are the best fit skates I ever had. KUDOS

Here we found kids ice skates for anywhere between $25 and $50, quite the price break over brand new-retail! The three sales associates were ever so helpful, making sure our hockey sticks were just right and showing us everything we were looking for! I was visiting my dad and saw the shop was only 10 minutes down the road brought my bow with me over Thanksgiving. I am glad I did. He noticed my site and whiskey biscuit needed to be set up correctly and fixed before I began asking questions. From there, he recommended a release, probably the cheapest one he had. He said it's one of the best releases you can get and better than the 100-dollar release he used due to sponsorship. He did a couple of other tweaks and gave me a ten-minute lesson in the back of the shop. I had a great group at 15 yards with his feedback. I'm not in the area, but my dad said he would be using him for any future needs, and anytime I'm in the area, I will swing by if I need anything. The owner did not try to upsell me on other and was honest. Excellent customer service, friendly, and highly knowledgeable.

Website said this location had 6 pairs in stock that met that criteria - 4 Nike and 2 New Balance. Get to the store, and every sneaker aisle is basically labeled as "running". Took several minutes to find an associate because none of them were wearing uniforms, name tags, or anything else to denote them as an associate. Once I finally found one to ask where the cross-trainers were, of course they were in one of the aisles labeled "womens running". I also poked around womens apparel but even the clearance prices were pretty high. So overall, if you need something that you can get elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.
