The shop is super clean with everything in it's place, neat and orderly. Quite a few shops I've been in things are piled all over in disarray so this was nice, easy to see what's for sale. There were accessories like locks, bells, seats, tubes plus a good variety of new bikes. The prices seemed really great for a bike shop. They give you the tools, space and instruction to do it yourself. The prices can't be beat, by far. They have used or new parts (and take donations of bikes and parts) available in the workshop. I replaced 2 cables, opening one shifter, learning how they work and following how they are attached to the bike. It was a great experience. I had a goofy grin on the whole time. I was ecstatic to finally get down and dirty to the guts of my bike. The place is housed in an old police station with bikes surrounding the entrance, literally hanging around. I highly recommend bringing your used bikes here as donations and using the workshop to repair your bikes. It was so much cooler than just dropping my bike off to be fixed by someone, although they will do that for you, you don't have to do it yourself. It's just a unique option to learn while doing the work yourself.

Thule sells extra bike straps on their website- these things exist. Then I asked if they had covers for it to keep the bikes from getting dirty when you drive with them on the rack. His reply: "That's the price you pay for carrying your bikes on the back of the car." Extra straps and covers exist, so I'm not sure why the attitude was necessary. Needless to say I'm not going to shop there going forward- I don't appreciate being spoken down to.

Easy to ride and safe. We got to tour 3 different wineries: Hinterbrook Estate Vineyard, between the lines and limited distillery. Owners are a friendly and easy going brother and sister duo with their cute dog. Not much of a guard dog though . Easy to pick up and drop off bikes. The owners even do a complimentary service of picking up your wines for you from the wineries so you do not have to carry them.

We've been going to this bike shop for years because it's the only option in our neighborhood, but…read moreunfortunately the experience seems to get worse with each visit. The customer service is consistently disappointing. Staff rarely makes eye contact, there is little to no acknowledgment when customers enter the store, and basic courtesies such as greeting customers or providing updates on wait times are completely absent. It is extremely inefficient and disorganized. What makes the experience particularly frustrating is that there can be only a couple of customers in the store while several employees are on the floor, yet it can still take 30 minutes to an hour just to get someone's attention or speak with a staff member. During these waits, there is often no communication, no indication of who is being helped next, and no confirmation that anyone will be assisting you. As a family that loves biking and has invested a lot of time and money on our bikes, it's so frustrating to get it serviced at this location and will be looking at going elsewhere.
