The owner and staff were not only a wealth of knowledge but extremely polite and helpful. After speaking about my issues with my Ruger SR22 while at the range, I was given some info on how to potentially make it a more enjoyable experience by getting a strap cover - I didn't even know they made those! I ended up getting the Canik TP9SF Elite I was searching for and having a great time speaking with the employees. not only do they have a wide selection of pew-pews but they also have a BEAUTIFUL selection of knives. This place is awesome…read more I brought my wife here to check out a nice new rifle for her (she's a novice shooter just getting into sport shooting and I've had my PAL for about a year). We dealt with Logan, and he was great. He was especially patient as I explained some basic gun handling safety to my wife as we were browsing. He offered us a number of choices and was super friendly and helpful without putting any pressure on us at all. In fact, he encouraged us to take our time and do our research ahead of time. Even to go to a range and see what we like before we commit. I have to say it's moments like these that make me proud to be a Canadian gun owner and enthusiast. It shows that gun owners in Canada are awesome people and are always safety conscious and willing to help those new to the hobby. After being treated, so well, even though we're from Toronto originally, we will definitely be coming back here.
