After winning items in a recent auction with my business partner, ran by this company in the Cleveland, OH area, we were shocked by an email on the 2nd day of a 7 day pick-up window that our items had been resold.
The company's explanation was that all items needed to be paid for immediately and this state was in the terms, Well after looking and navigating though several pages on the website I found this statement, but not on the individual auction page, and in addition there is a statement state that special arrangements are made for those paying cash on pick-up as my partner indicated was his intention. The companies response to this was that this email went to his spam folder which is hard to believe since they had prior email exchanges.
