Legally an auction business is a second-hand dealer selling items based upon the highest bidder. It may be a fun event, and even a place to meet individuals of similar interest. Best to actually know what you are bidding on, and during the auction listen closely to the representations made by the auctioneer.

What I really like about it is many fold: 1) this one building contains the former belongings of like 100 grandmas, so you don't have to wander (drive) to several houses to browse, which lets face it can consume most of one day; 2) the treasures are abundant! They had everything from vintage clothing to furniture to books to toys. Really, a ton of stuff! I'm always partial to kitchen items, my wife gravitates to books and records. There were even 2 old dollhouses here, which I loved for a friend who collects dollhouses! 3) no one pressures you, or rushes you. We spent quite a while in here, searching and sifting, and we probably could have spent way more time if we'd been patient ourselves. If you enjoy estate sales and flea markets, you MUST scope this place out. They have limited hours, only on the weekends, which I'm grateful for because it's tough to get out during the week. It's easy to get to, there's plenty of parking, and you might find some cool treasures, like C & I did!

Brenda put hours and hours into our online sale. She did an amazing job. Brenda is very knowledgeable and professional. She also traveled over an hour to do our sale. When Brenda was done our home was empty and ready for the new owner. I can't say enough about how hard Brenda worked. We could not have accomplished this without her. I highly recommend Brenda, you will not be disappointed. I talked to other companies and only from Brenda did I get a good vibe and knew I could trust her with our estate sale. Her commitment is beyond what you would ever expect.

I usually go here a few times during the spring/summer but hadn't gone yet this season so I was excited to see the changes. Unfortunately, it's still kind of a dump. More vendors have rented the inside booths, but most are nowhere near being "antique" dealers as there recent posts made it sound. I saw booths selling Tupperware, leather/biker gear, incense, purses, and a tea/coffee shop. There was one farmer's style stand selling fresh vegetables and plants, I'd love to see more vendors like that. As for the outside stalls, more than half were vacant, and of the vendors that were there it was a mix of overpriced, dirty junk and a few good antiques but mostly still overpriced. I did buy one item, but the vendor didn't accept credit cards or venmo/PayPal (come on, it's 2022, everybody has venmo or square). These are sellers that are there every weekend, it's time to upgrade your technology. I paid the atm fee to take out some cash, but other buyers would have walked away. Several of the outdoor stalls reeked of cigarette smoke, I walked out of two of them for that reason. (Unsurprisingly, one booth owner was wearing a Marlboro jacket.) This place could do a whole lot better if every inside booth was filled (with actual antiques), more farmer's market type of vendors, and was generally less depressing/seedy.

They are then not interested in relisting the items in another auction and only want to put these items in an in-house auction with an extremely limited customer base. They accuse the customer of needing to be handheld when all one is looking for is simple communication. Suffice it to say that I could go on and on but clearly you get the picture. One of the worst experiences was when I won an item that was clearly misrepresented they refused a refund, even though it should have been sold in bulk due to its poor condition. Their unwillingness to resolve issues shows a clear lack of fairness and customer care. While some purchases were acceptable, I've lost about 25% of my investment on unusable or incomplete items. Bulk auctions here are high-risk many flaws are hidden, and buyers are left with little recourse. I'm sharing this to warn others: Research carefully before bidding, as Rosehill does not stand behind their sales.

The unit was received with the box sealed with masking tape , hence open box or used. The unit did not work on my pots and pans. Requested a refund, they processed it, dropped off the item. Several hours after returning home, I received an email from Rosehill that they tried the item, and it worked, so they say. DID NOT TRY IT INFRONT OF ME WHEN I WAS THERE. I had my credit card company follow up 3 times with Rosehill and they REFUSED a refund. I contacted them in the last few days about picking up the item and they advised me that the item was considered abandoned/ no refund. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS GOING THROUGH AN APPEAL PROCESS. If I could rate then a zero , I would . Worst company ever to deal with. As an FYI, any item purchased from them is NOT COVERED BY MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.
