I like the people that come to this auction because it represents a great cross section of WNY. We are all there trying to find a treasure or need. One…read moreperson's trash is certainly another treasure, and Stewart Estate Services has a great collection of interesting items. What I really like about it is many fold: 1) this one building contains the former belongings of like 100 grandmas, so you don't have to wander (drive) to several houses to browse, which lets face it can consume most of one day; 2) the treasures are abundant! They had everything from vintage clothing to furniture to books to toys. Really, a ton of stuff! I'm always partial to kitchen items, my wife gravitates to books and records. There were even 2 old dollhouses here, which I loved for a friend who collects dollhouses! 3) no one pressures you, or rushes you. We spent quite a while in here, searching and sifting, and we probably could have spent way more time if we'd been patient ourselves. If you enjoy estate sales and flea markets, you MUST scope this place out. They have limited hours, only on the weekends, which I'm grateful for because it's tough to get out during the week. It's easy to get to, there's plenty of parking, and you might find some cool treasures, like C & I did!

Brenda put hours and hours into our online sale. She did an amazing job. Brenda is very knowledgeable and professional. She also traveled over an hour to do our sale. When Brenda was done our home was empty and ready for the new owner. I can't say enough about how hard Brenda worked. We could not have accomplished this without her. I highly recommend Brenda, you will not be disappointed. I talked to other companies and only from Brenda did I get a good vibe and knew I could trust her with our estate sale. Her commitment is beyond what you would ever expect.

I usually go here a few times during the spring/summer but hadn't gone yet this season so I was excited to see the changes. Unfortunately, it's still kind of a dump. More vendors have rented the inside booths, but most are nowhere near being "antique" dealers as there recent posts made it sound. I saw booths selling Tupperware, leather/biker gear, incense, purses, and a tea/coffee shop. There was one farmer's style stand selling fresh vegetables and plants, I'd love to see more vendors like that. As for the outside stalls, more than half were vacant, and of the vendors that were there it was a mix of overpriced, dirty junk and a few good antiques but mostly still overpriced. I did buy one item, but the vendor didn't accept credit cards or venmo/PayPal (come on, it's 2022, everybody has venmo or square). These are sellers that are there every weekend, it's time to upgrade your technology. I paid the atm fee to take out some cash, but other buyers would have walked away. Several of the outdoor stalls reeked of cigarette smoke, I walked out of two of them for that reason. (Unsurprisingly, one booth owner was wearing a Marlboro jacket.) This place could do a whole lot better if every inside booth was filled (with actual antiques), more farmer's market type of vendors, and was generally less depressing/seedy.

I had a totaled vehicle from an accident and Geico had recommended I go here to salvage my car. I…read morewas able to message the branch manager personally to schedule my tow after emptying the car. They did come and pick it up for me but then the issue of payment came about which wasn't fully explained to me. I came a few days after the tow to drop off the title as I have never had my car salvaged and was skeptical of leaving the title with it when towing. I was told "ok bring the title and we will have the check ready". I went inside to bring the title to find a woman at the front desk scrolling on Facebook and even after I said excuse me I was not even acknowledged until some other employees came in and asked if I needed help. I handed over the title and was then told that IAA did not issue checks and was made to feel stupid. I didn't feel right leaving my car, key, and title without having any receipt or payment to reflect it. Before leaving, I called the manager I had been speaking with to ask about the check I was promised. She answered right away and was very helpful, she told me she would print my check from the office she was at and the office I was at would have it on their printer. She said to keep her on the phone and go back inside to ask again for my check. I went in and asked again for my check and was told it would be on the printer. I was then yelled at by 3 employees at once being told they did not issue checks there. I was told I was at the wrong location, that I had to call Geico, etc. meanwhile the manager was still on the phone to overhear this and was smart enough to call them on another line to indicate yes they indeed did have the check and it was on the printer as I indicated. I am glad I called this manager and didn't leave without my money because I would've been SOL without my car or check! Despite having good management, I will never go to this auction place again because of how the employees treated me.

They offer a real variety of items and the prices are super reasonable. In fact you can count on bargain prices. Check out their web site for dates and times. I went to one last night. They post pics online so I went with my eye on a Happy Days board game. I got outbid but I still enjoyed the experience. You would be surprised what people spend money on. There was a good crowd without being too packed. The fire hall serves dinner as well. It smelled and looked good, very reasonably priced too. The auction is an unique night out. From furniture to knick knacks they have it all. It's so true that one man's trash is another man's treasure.
