I've dreamed of finding a place like this and now that I have, I am not disappointed at all, their toppings are mostly fresh or lightly flavored and cooked, and they have a great variety. The only downside is that the building itself is a little small and can get crowded, but that's easily solved by take out. Every pizza I've gotten there has been great, and I'm excited to try each and every topping. My parents and boyfriend all enjoyed it as well. read more

Not sure why this place can't get it together, when you get the right person working it's great which is why I even go back every now and then, but 7/10 times the order is wrong. It can't be a custom pizza shop if you try and add ONE ingredient to one of their standard pizzas and most of the time it's missed like my recent order. And then the only option is for you to feel like a crazy person if you want to be the one standing over the glass watching everything that goes on it so you can catch it before they box it up. It's a shame because the ingredients are fresh, it's reasonably priced and they have great options, but there's no consistency to what you're going to get, which is why I stopped going regularly. Hope they make some changes because it could probably be more successful. read more

Drove 20 minutes here to treat my gluten free kid to pizza and they unapologetically informed me they were out of gluten free crust at 6pm on a Sunday night. Very disappointed! And they just shrugged their shoulders as if it wasn't a one off event. Definitely call first if you need gluten free. read more

On-line ordering made the process look easy. We ordered a pizza for delivery just after 12:00 noon on April 5th. The confirmation we received said that the pizza would be delivered before 1:00 pm. It is now 1:58 and the pizza has not even been picked up. When I called at 1:45 Snap was quick to blame the delivery service but took no accountability for the problem. When I called back a second time and asked that a new pizza be made they did agree to make a new pizza to fill my order. read more

I've had their pizza before, and it was very, very good pizza. But what a sh*t show I witnessed tonight. I place a phone order at 7:15, and was told to pick it up in 25 minutes. I arrive at 7:45, and went to pick up my order. Firstly, the place was filled with smoke. Mmmm, burnt pizza!! Second, the staff looked like they were working the mess hall at a prison camp--exhausted, sweaty, frowny faces. I ate here Sunday afternoon with my daughter. The pizza was very good but that said.....the girl at cash register handed me a cup for soda with her fingers in my cup, same fingers she just was in cash drawer with:(. Very good pizza plenty of toppings . Kinda quick faster then any pizza shop as there pizza dough is ready for your toppings and it is thin so it cooks quick . So here's why only four . I don't think it's a quick place for lunch and you could call a head to a pizza place n pre order I don't think they do pre order if they do my bad . The other reason for four star is the price for the size is way to much it's almost $8.00 for a pie that is about 12 inch for an extra $2.00 I can get a 16 inch pie that would feed more then one . Heaven! I can't believe I ignored this pizza place for such a long time. I love pizza but hate tomatoes. Oxymoron, I know. This place was made for me. I usually have such trouble finding a pizza that has no tomato sauce but isn't boring. You tomato loving people that dream about Jersey tomatoes ... you wouldn't understand. Happened upon this delicious place and was very pleasantly surprised. Of course, it was crowded - lunch crowd, but the line moved extremely efficient and fast. I'm a Muslim American so the first woman in the line to construct the pie was kind and empathic enough to change her gloves, as well as to ask/make sure her fellow employees did too. Reason being is we don't consume pork. It was very nice and surprising to not have to ask. She got major love n kudos from me for this simple kind gesture. Now, the topping selections were very impressive for the price, the pie was very well made and tasted delicious! This place's food is really good I got the SoCal salad and the Kale Caesar on 2 separate occasions and I really enjoyed it BUT the service is horrible. Snap Pizza is one of my favorite pizza places in the area so tonight I brought my boyfriend's mom there because she has never been. The girl making our pizza had her long hair in a pony tail however it was still past her waist. I watched her make our pizza and her long hair literally lay on all the pizzas she was making. When I said something to another employee, asking for that girl to wear her hair in a net, she said "of course, thanks for telling us and I will let her know to put her hair up". Well, we eat our meal and she still does not have her hair up. We then go home and find hair in our pizza...YUCK! There are health codes for a reason and this is one of them. I decided to try Snap with my 5 and 3 year old. I got in line and asked for pizza and my daughter asked for half pepperoni, she is the three year old. The miserable employee looked up, cocked her head and said "what'd she say?", obviously annoyed. She then asked, if we wanted more pizza I said no. I was pushed along and asked the next line person for a salad and he said I'd have to get in back of the line I just waited in to order because I was supposed to order with the pizza girl. He was annoyed too and then said "I'll just write your order down." Turned to the pizza girl and said make the Thai crunch salad and she rolled her eyes. We went to check out and got more attitude from the cashier, I am assuming because I took his precious 3 seconds to ask my kids what they wanted to drink. This place is a five star when they're on. But they've been out of gluten free crusts for the past 3-5 times we have gone in. I wish they posted that somewhere up front so we aren't waiting in a long line to find out we aren't able to eat the pizza there. They do have salads as an alternative but I go for the gluten free pizza because it is the best in the area. Their food is amazing, and so fresh. HOWEVER, the service is horrible. The assembly line of workers that are supposed to put together your pizza/salad are so disorganized. Even though they write your order down on a paper, everyone constantly asks over and over again, and STILL wind up getting it wrong. I have gone here many times because I like how fresh the food is, but there have been handfuls and handfuls of times the people forgot to add salad dressing, chicken to my salad, a roll, something is ALWAYS forgotten. And, that really sucks when you're paying $10 for a salad and waiting a minimum of 30 minutes for your order. I have no idea why it is so hard for them when companies like Salad Works get even busier but still manage to be organized and their line at least is constantly moving. Chose this place on a whim...and WON! Pizza lover that I am, and trying to be a better healthy eater, SNAP fit the bill. My first pizza here included my favorites (red sauce, fresh spinach, fresh tomatoes, greek olives, fresh basil) as well as some employee suggestions (herb butter to enhance the crust, fresh made-in-house mozz, and roasted/grilled onions)---yummy! Texted photos to friends, who were jealous enough to ask if they could accompany me here tomorrow. Repeat of previous reviews, pizza is wonderful, staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful, decor is lovely, and meal was affordable, always a plus. I WISH (and requested) that SNAP was set up in Lancaster County, so my visits could be more frequent. HINT HINT---F&M is just down the road from the newest planned shopping mecca! I have been here a couple times and have had different experiences each time. Fortunately, the food has been fairly consistent in terms of quality and taste. The main difference each time was the level of customer service. The place is hit or miss depending on who is working and what type of mood they are in. If it is your first time there be prepared to feel judged because you are not familiar with their process in making your food. I am not saying this will definitely happen when you go in but it very well could, as I have had it happen to me. As you make your way down the line you feel as though you are being rushed and are somehow caught in the crossfire of the tension between the employees. Unfortunately, no one explained to me when I was supposed to request certain toppings on my pizza which led to serious confusion at the end because there was miscommunication with the employees themselves. For some reason they decided it was okay to catch and attitude with me, I restrained myself from making a scene but I was rather shocked at the complete lack of respect and appreciation for their customers. The food is not great but for the price you can't beat it. The custom pies cause a little havoc as I have mentioned before but you can really put together a tasty pie. The crust is bland and taste somewhat "crackery." There is fresh mozzarella which is good, obviously not the best I have ever had but again for the price you are getting good quality. I would recommend this place but just be prepared to deal with the employees who are obviously of the mindset they are "above" this establishment and the customers who choose to go there. read more

Updated Review: I returned to Snap Pizza and had a wonderful experience. From our initial walk-in through leaving, the entire process was well orchestrated. We ordered 2 pizzas and a Vera Cruz bowl. Everything came out quickly and was tasty. The pizzas were thin which we like and the menu has great combinations. Every member of the staff was friendly and there was one person there who seemed in charge and careful to make sure that everything was moving along properly. The restaurant was continually being cleaned and stocked (to-go boxes, lids, etc). Now that things seemed to have been ironed out, I definitely plan on going back! I have visited the Exton location numerous times and have always enjoyed both the staff attitude and the fresh pizza topping options. The price is fair and it feels good to eat all the interesting veggies on my pizza. The only nick is the solicitation for a tip at a fast food counter. I hope the owners are paying staff a fair wage, not a tip wage. Maybe I'm old fashioned. I tip servers and bar tenders but not fast food counter workers.
