We called in a large dinner order for a family birthday party on 10/3/26. The cashier reviewed the meals and rang up the $100+ purchase. Whe I arrived home 2 meals were missing. We were assured the missing meals would be delivered asap. After waiting more than 30 minutes, our guests decided to leave their birthday gifts and head to their homes to eat late dinners. We were completely embarrassed and disappointed with Jumbo's. After many years of ordering from Jumbo's Pizza, this experience thoroughly spoiled our family's evening. I've been wanting to review Jumbo Pizza a few months now! It's so good everytime I come here I wanted to try to find a flaw so my review would be more believable!! But I give up I absolutely love everything I've ordered here!! I'm not big on pizza I haven't had that but the sandwiches and the pasta and the salads are spot on!! There is only 4 tables in the establishment so I usually come during the week dinner hours and have never had a problem eating in!! This place is a gem and well worth trying!! I'll definitely be back! I can't stay away! read more

I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. First flaw is that the chicken on a buffalo chicken wrap out to be chicken tenders. Hands down choice. The thinly chopped mess they put on this one seemed slimy enough to have come from the pizza toppings from the night before. The tortilla was soft and chewy. No issues there. The balance of the flavors was off. Hot sauce dominated everything, there was not enough blue cheese to balance the hot sauce. The redeeming factor for me were the fries. The fries were cripsy, just oily enough, and soft fluffy inside. These were fresh out of the fryer. read more

I have been getting food from JUMBO PIZZA for years! Salads, sandwiches, pizza, desserts. The food is always good, but lately other things are out of control. They have raised the delivery fee to 4 dollars, there is a fee for using a credit card, and today, I ordered a sandwich which had gone up in price, plus there is a buy local fee added to the total. I am all for small businesses doing well, all of these charges will cause me to no longer patronize JUMBO. read more

Disorganized, poorly run, unprofessional. Willing to lose a customer over THIRTY SEVEN CENTS! I Used to visit Jumbo allll the time. Recently moved back to the area and was looking forward to giving them a call. Sadly, they must have new management. Placed an order for delivery-- came to $11.63. At this point I am advised i am a "couple of cents " short of their minimum delivery of 12.00. It was just me eating and so I didn't want to order any additional items-- I offered to have them just charge me the difference or charge Me for a sauce--- the guy on the phone and checked with the boss-- that was a no go. Asked to speak to the boss-- am out on hold for 6 minutes at which point a guy gets on the phone and says "jumbo pizza what you want" I explained what was going on and it was like talking to a brick wall. Advised I was a regular years ago before moving away-- offered to pay the difference to get me to the minimum, offered to tip the driver extra--- all met with confusion and lack of any desire to help the customer. I told him I didn't want to continue to argue over .40 and called another establishment who promptly took my order, with no delivery fee or minimum. Avoid jumbo. Incompetence all around, I am sure the food has followed this downward spiral. read more

My husband and I ordered from this restaurant because we were craving pizza and this place was recommended to us. We ordered a half cheese-half veggie white pizza and an order of fries. The pizza itself was really good, but the fries were a little overcooked. The reason why I'm giving this restaurant a lower rating is because of the delivery. The man who delivered our food said the drive out to our apartment complex was too far from their restaurant. Okay then, we'll be sure to order someplace else next time we want pizza. read more

Best chicken cheese steaks in West Chester. Pizza also very good. Delivery is fast and efficient. Great takeout place!

Really good and fresh pizza the service was great and the food was amazing best pizza I had

Best pizza in our area also everything else we've tried next we're going to try their Mexican menu

Been ordering from Jumbo for almost 2 years now. Whenever we need last minute takeout OR we need to order big to entertain, they are our number 1 choice. Love their pizza, their pasta trays, wings and sandwiches (their Mac and cheese is delicious!). They are always great and the orders have been always on point and on time. Love that you can order directly from them instead of through a third app, so I know I'm supporting a small business only and their drivers! read more

Sandwiches, salads, Mexican menu are all delicious options. Fair priced menu. One time the was a mistake with the order and the manager took care of it without a problem. They are super friendly both at the counter an their drivers. I can't say more about the food I cam tell they really put heart into everything they do. Love Jumbo Pizza! read more

The chef Stromboli was fantastic. Delivered promptly. Food was still hot. Will order again

I live in Waterview apartments right behind Jumbo pizzeria! I realistically have a choice of a ton of pizzerias, but I choose to go to jumbo! absolutely excellent food. The price is unmatched at least a couple dollars cheaper than every other pizza place around it but the quality of food surpasses everywhere else I go. Super friendly staff. The own of the place always has a couple of minutes to check in and make sure everything is right and that it meets his quality to achieve excellent customer retention!! read more

I have been ordering delivery from Jumbo for years and they never fail to impress! Their steak sandwiches are great, their pizzas are great, and their service is great. Tonight my son and I ordered a Margherita pizza and we both agreed that it was the best pizza we've ever had! Crisp thin crust and fresh ingredients made this one over the top. I called up to let them know how good it was and the manager was soooo appreciative. Great people and great food, a winning combo! read more

Cheesesteaks and wraps are good. I think they have the best chicken Caesar wrap in the West Chester area. We always seem to have issues when we order pizza from here though. The last pizza we got was exceptionally bad. read more

One of the very few good westchester pizza spots, I'm from the Delaware county/Philly area and this is the closest in quality and taste!

Excellent pie, would highly recommend this place! Just moved here and this is our new go to!

This is based on deliver Ordered Naked Buffalo Wings: good meat to bone ratio, thin skin ( which I like I hate all that fatty crap that takes over half of the wing) Curly fries: what you would expect, very crispy, seemed overly fried. Garlic knots: it is actually a Pillsbury croissant that had been brushed with butter, garlic and parsley. Eh Never gotten the pizza yet from there. Your basic delivery munchies fare, but it satisfied my grease fix. read more

I ordered pizza here when I visited my parents. It's baller. Seriously. Honey Mustard Chicken Pizza? Baller. Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza? Baller. Taco Pizza? Baller. Also, did I mention that it is all diet food? Because, if I did, I was lying. read more

It's no secret that I have a long running favorite pizza place around here, but after having a pepperoni lovers pizza, I think this has changed. Fantastic pizza every time I order, everyone there is pleasant and since I tried Jumbo, my old favorite pizza place hasn't been called. Keep it up! I also like the prices a lot better. The other local places have been having price creep recently and are charging a lot more for the same sized pies. One more reason to stick with Jumbo. read more

Best pizza on the RT3 hike from 202-RT1. Margarita is excellent. It's their crust and sauce that do the trick. Cheese not too gobby either. Made with care, the way it ought to be, I am rating this 5* for suburban pizza. Of course wood fired oven is a true 5*--but how often is that in suburbs? read more

I've been to this location twice in the last two months. I received friendly service and good quality food. Thank you

They must seriously read these reviews and take them personally. I went here again because I actually really like the food and this time I did order garlic knot but I didn't get them. So maybe they knew who I was and decided to take them back this time. Again with 2 flats of my wings...so if you are a fan of flats I wouldn't suggest their wings. read more

Pizza wasn't jumbo so the name is very deceiving. It has a decent taste overall, but nothing special. We ordered plain and pepperoni and it reminded me of just your basic food court slices. I want pizza that excites me and it is hard to find in this town We live right down the street and had just hoped for a new hangout/meeting spot. read more

First time trying this pizza. We were amazed. It was like an oasis in a good pizza desert. Awesome. Crust was a perfect mix of crispy and chewy. Cheese was perfectly layered. Sauce was like the cheese, except it was saucy. It looked awesome, too. If this pizza was a model, it was victoria secret level... like, oh my god stop it even. Cheers. P.S. The worst part was when we finished it. Ordering another tomorrow. Jk. I'm not a fatty. But really. wonderful pizza. read more

so i'll start by saying, for $20 total - we got 2 HUGE pizzas, and a decent size order of curly fries. awesome freaking deal. the pizzas are not only huge (talking about the jumbo sized ones), but they are really freaking good. i'm a chewy crust and cheese kinda guy, and the crust was fluffy and chewy, and so was the cheese. sauce had good flavor too, and growing up in an italian family, i know when sauce sucks. curly fries were pretty good as well. they sat in my car for 5-10 minutes before we ate them, so they got a little soggy, but they had good flavor, just that TINY bit of spice that is so standard in curly fries, and a good texture to them as well. if they were fresh they woulda been even better. the staff was real nice as well when we went to pick up the order, and everything was ready in like 10-15 mins. awesome stuff. considering i live like 2 mins down the street, i will be back here whenever i have a pizza craving, and i also consider you guys give it a shot. read more

Our go to in West Chester. Mushroom sausage is delightful. Love the easy online ordering and fast delivery. We're moving to Wallingford and my husband hopes they'll deliver there. So yummy - can't go wrong. Had one issue with cold pizza that they dealt with professionally. Otherwise, delightfully consistent. read more

Ordered the margarita pizza and a chicken parm. The best pizza delivery in West Chester hands down. Tomato sauce was fresh, basil was fresh and the mozzarella was top notch. I'll be ordering again. read more

Top quality pizza with some of the fastest delivery around. Never really considered ordering pizza here until our old pizza place failed us. No disappointment here. read more

Expertly made pizza. Choose the classic, cheese, for New York style thin crust baked a super high heat for that bubbly effect. Choose veggie for a pizza loaded to the groaning point with a variety of fresh vegetables. The calzone easily serves two. Generous side salad arranged with care. This place offers high quality food at a reasonable price. read more

Awesome food and awesome delivery guys. I have recomended to all of my friends. Hands down the best chicken sandwich, chicken cheesesteak and Pizzas. Way to go Jumbo. read more

Tried the pizza again, ordered "well done" this time and got one that was even less done than the last one I ordered. Edges weren't even crispy this time, let alone the middle. I pretty much give up on finding a pizza around these parts with a fully baked, as opposed to doughy and limp, crust. They do a good job with the toppings, I'll grant that. read more

Better than carry out quality with pride of preparation and great delivery. This place is my backup when I don't make it to the market on time. All grilled chicken items hot/cold are the best of the best with quality that far exceeds carry out expectations. Chicken Ceaser, Chicken Steaks, Chicken Quesadilla, Chicken Alfredo, Grilled Chicken Sandwiches are all excellent. Conversely, avoid the fried chicken items especially wings that were almost inedible each of the three times I have ordered. Meatballs are great, Salads are made with a high quality mixed greens with fresh tomatoes, red onions, cukes, and carrots. Caesar salads can be bitter with too much lettuce core. (Skip the fattening salty garlic knots.) Cheesesteaks are consistently good. Great club sandwich too. read more

Good cheese and sauce. Not thin crispy crust expected for NY Style. They claim it's low carb on menu but didn't seem so. The Caesar salad was fair at best. Order comes up fast. I'll try it again. read more

Pretty good, but not the best. I'll change it to 5 stars if their 16" pizza is better, but their boardwalk fries left much to be desired.
