It's a good thing that I don't live that close by or else I would be spending all of my money at this restaurant every week. The pizza is SO GOOD. The crust is thin yet crisp and chewy and NOT soggy anywhere! The toppings are spread liberally and the pizzas are seasoned perfectly. The family that runs the place is so very kind and friendly. Whether you are passing through like I was or a long-time local, you need to try this place! My personal fave was the farmer's veggie pizza, which was packed with fresh veggies and juicy mushrooms, which I cannot resist, but the pepperoni was a close second, with huge pepperoni slices mixed with little cute ones, all crisp and salty and perfect. My husband, however, raved about the Yia Yia's Brooklyn. I get the impression that you won't go wrong with any of their pizzas. The fries were great, too! Even hours after, they're still crisp and pillowy, not stiff or soggy like your usual fries. Even the rocky road brownies were good. If you're reading this review, stop reading and start ordering!! Wow, wow were we surprised? Yes, we were and this is what's happening. The pizza here is fantastic especially upside down. The sauce is not too sweet the crust you just can't stop eating. Check out the video on my channel. Absolutely no flop and the shine or I should say the hero of my experience was not the two different type of cup char pepperoni with homemade hot honey, and homemade ranch on the side. My favorite part wasn't the buffalo chicken cheesesteak pizza with Cooper Sharpe and homemade buffalo. My favorite part was the seeded steer. A pound of freshly shaved ribeye shredded Cooper Sharpe with Cooper, Sharp cheese sauce on a Corropoese double seeded roll. Game changer and proof that you don't have to go to Philadelphia to get a great cheesesteak. Service was exceptional. They gave us two free slices and some Boardwalk fries that transported me back to Wildwood. You have to get down here five out of five nice amount of seating so you can come and chill out. We are spoiled with plenty of amazing pizza places across NYC, but Pizza 316 is as good as any of them! The pizza is cooked perfectly, the sauce is very flavorful, the cheese is high quality, and the pepperoni's...I could write a paragraph about them. Perfectly thin with a crisp outer edge and chewy center. All different sizes and covering every open space. The staff/owners are also so friendly and welcoming. The moment they took our order through the end of our lunch, they went above and beyond. Once we started eating, they came over and asked if we wanted fresh basil and grated cheese and we of course said yes. They brought a whole bowl of freshly sliced basil and a large cup of grated cheese (I feel like most places skimp on cheese nowadays). The food was so good I forgot to take pictures. We went here today for lunch and had their upside down pizza. We ate in the restaurant and they had complimentary lemonade and iced tea, we heard this from other guests, the employees didn't tell us for some reason. The restaurant is pretty small with only have 2 booths and about 6 seats. The wait for pizza was about 25 minutes which seemed long for one pie, but it was worth it! The sauce, crust, and ingredients were all so fresh and delicious! I will definitely go back when we are in West Chester again! read more

I've also lived in 2 other states & travel frequently so when it comes to restaurants, fast food, whatever me personally, RATINGS ALWAYS MATTER. Plus, I deliver food all day so days I'm in here 3-4x. Their pizza always looked so good & it's a busy place esp come weekends. Anyway, I finally tried some & omg this was some seriously good pizza. White has always been my fav, I love garlic. When it comes to pepperoni I've never been a huge fan but the ones on this pizza I couldn't get over because they had a little crisp/crunch to them around the edges. Tasted a lot better w/ the pepperoni cooked that way! Overall the pizza was fresh, well made & I tore it down within 5 minutes because it was just that good. As I understand it, the folks behind this new establishment on Gay Street in the borough are veteran West Chester restauranteurs who have returned. The owners charmingly rehabbed a storefront building, added a small dining room, provided some needed parking for pick up, and are serving satisfying pizza. The have some other items on the menu, such as sandwiches and fries, but I can only speak to the pizza, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. The prices are also very good. Pizza is amazing!!!! I'm not a huge fan of pizza but always look forward to 316. The AI on the phone is very weird and told us 45 minutes for our pizza which we expected on Halloween. When I walked in it was mobbed and I patiently waited. After waiting an additional 45 minutes I was not able to wait much longer since it was my daughter's first Halloween and wanted to make sure I got home for pictures with the family. When I went to to the front to explain the lady with the blond hair and Superman costume said " It's everyone's first Halloween" . working in the restaurant business and owning my own mobile bar business you really should learn to just keep your mouth shut and apologize when you have a lot of waiting customers. Their pizza is square with triangular slices, they don't scrimp on serving and the pepperoni pie is incredible. Terrible service on the phone. The food is great. The people in the store are amazing. I called to place a pickup order and it was an automated answering service. It was robot that talked slow and asked questions I had already answered. It made it take way longer and it messed up my order. I love the food but I cannot support not using real people in a human interaction. It is a cheap way to avoid paying people for a job that needs human support.
