Then someone else had to drive all the way back there and our entire dinner plans got pushed back by half an hour while we were waiting for the pizza pickup. Mistakes happen, and getting an order wrong wouldn't have bothered me nearly as much. Honestly, not a big deal at all. What bothered me was that instead of owning the mistake, they blamed me and made up a story that I was too impatient to wait for the pizza. Very disappointing way to handle a simple mistake.
