We ate there on Tuesday for lunch. The pizza is good. It is ready to go and sold by the slice. After warming it is hot. The service is slow, because the bottle neck is the checkout. The gentleman was able to warm up slices faster than we could checkout in line. There is too much button pushing on the cashiers part. They should probably look at going to a barcode cheat sheet. Those typically speed up checkout times. The one non gender restroom needs a little TLC. The seating is limited and tight. If their neighbor ever moves out they should consider taking over the space and expanding. They have no competition for miles and should offer more quick to fulfill lunch choices. read more

4 stars any other time but Friday night. If it's a Friday night don't bother. This review would easily be a 4/5 stars on any other night EXCEPT Friday. The last two Fridays I ordered from them I had unpleasant experiences. The first time someone else took my order other than the normal folks who work the counter (I think) and I was given extra food that I didn't order. I was prepared to pay for it, no harm no foul, but the kind lady working told me she would take care of it for me and get it removed from the tab, I thanked her but as this was going on I heard her being reprimanded in the kitchen by whomever it was who took my order and they basically called me a liar. No big issue, I left with my food and didn't get charged extra I just felt bad for the lady who helped me out. This last time we ordered, one pizza came with half the toppings slid off (pictured below), and the other one just looked like there wasn't enough toppings added before it went into the oven. If I had to guess I would say Friday nights they get overwhelmed and quality goes down. Being a pizza place you'd expect to be busy on a Friday night though right? Again, any other night this is my go to place for pizza and they make a great cheesesteak Stromboli. But I will not be ordering from them again on a Friday night. Waste of money. read more

Public service announcement to all of you Young Bucks out there; when the woman you're with says she wants the Buffalo Cheesesteak you get the Buffalo Cheesesteak no matter how much it's going to tear up your stomach and all of the grief you're going to get on social media. Whenever I take a trip to the West Chester area I try to stop by or get delivery. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, I've tried their pizza which was delicious. Their cheesesteak (I got mushrooms and grilled onions on mine) was very good. My husband's penne with vodka sauce was super tasty! Lenape pizza's delivery drivers are always very friendly. They delivered the most amazing and freshest Greek salad with grilled chicken on it. It was huge and it was so delicious! I also had the option to add ingredients, which I did. Steak and cheese Panzarotti was yummy too! I've never had a Panzarotti before, so I didn't know what to expect. Great pizza shop, fairly-priced and clean, and the other menu items are quite good as well. The quality of the food and service is excellent, and it really shows. It's a minor detail, but I ordered a grilled chicken club today, to go. They placed it neatly in a foldable container, then set toothpicks through the closed lid to make sure the multi-layer sandwich stayed in place until eaten. In all my years of life, I've never seen any other sandwich shop do that, and it really impressed me. Highly recommended, and I'll be going back many times. read more

Probably the saddest pizza around. I know some locals who swear by it but every time we've tried it the food or service is sub par, cold or delivery is late. We've given the benefit of doubt and tried several times before writing it off. Recently we ordered a Hawaiian, it was terrible. it must have had a rough ride because all the cheese slid to one side and it was barely warm when it arrived. Additionally the pineapple had no flavor, it was just wet and fibrous. No sweet at all. The first time we went in, not a single table was clean and the person at the counter was gabbing with a driver. Flies around, no welcome or hello. I work super close to Lenape and as convenient as it would be to love it, I have yet to be impressed with any of the menu items I have tried. Tonight I ordered a Sicilian Pie with half Pepperoni, and a Caesar salad for delivery. Total Bill : $29. Highly priced if you ask me for an under baked and under seasoned pizza. Our pizza was having a cheese party and the sauce failed to receive the invite. The salad was pretty underwhelming as well. Dinner was mostly consumed by a group of teenagers, who adore the most simplistic pizza and they weren't too into it. (Seriously half of them would buy stock in Ellios.) The pizza isn't any worse than your typical pizza place, but nothing special either. Crust a bit leathery. Sauce trends toward tomato soup. Ordered some wings with it. Ended up throwing them out after struggling through 2-3. The wings sauce was fine, but the smallish wings were so over cooked and dry they were basically inedible. I ordered dinner and it was 45 mins late - I called 3 times and each time they told me they were 5 minutes away. The manager then told me he would comp the meal. 15 minutes later after the food was delivered (cold) the OWNER called me and told me he would not comp the meal and that he did not owe me any free food. He proceeded to argue with me and yell at me telling me he would not honor what his manager told me. I live a mile from this pizza place and cannot believe the disrespect and rudeness. We've been coming to Lenape for years on years! We love it here because it's close to our house, the prices are fair, and the food is great. There aren't many great pizza places in the area, and I would say this is one of the best. I highly recommend the sweet chili chicken pizza with pineapple, grilled chicken, and green pepper! It sounds interesting, and it is--in a delicious way! Their plain pizza is pretty good, and so are there chicken parmesan and eggplant parmesan sandwiches. The calzones are always perfectly cooked and cheesy. Their spicy fries are super yummy. The workers are always very nice, including the delivery drivers. One of the things that I love about Lenape Pizza is that there was a time when our family wanted whole wheat pizza crust, so we gave some to them to store in their freezer for us and they would use it whenever we called and ordered pizza. You can order online, call ahead, or walk in and order. They also have beverages and ice cream for purchase and some limited seating. I highly recommend you try this place out! read more

Ordered this online. Gave direction for what to put on my salad (or not put on my salad) and it was completely wrong. It was supposed to be only lettuce with extra tomato. It had everything (eggs, peppers, onions...) on it. Meatball calzone was super greasy on the inside. It tasted ok, but left me with a stomachache. But the worst of the worst was this order was delivered to a hotel. There were no utensils or napkins with my order. So really no way to eat my meal.
