Okay first off I just wanna say thank you so much for including Daiya cheese on your menu! I was coming here before you starting offering it and (just enjoyed tomato sauce with my favorite veggie toppings), but this even better. :) Thanks for being awesome for your plant-based customers! I come here with my friends when we're home from college, and we just love it here. The inside is very simple but clean and classic with wooden tables and booth options. There's seating perfect for large groups of people, or for small groups/couples. We all love the custom pizza option. It's like a Chipotle or Subway but for pizza. The veggies taste fresh and the soft drink options are really cool (they've got birch beer that's slightly sweeter than regular birch beer but I dig it). The staff is also very kind. read more

I have had pizzas from here so many times now, never disappointed me. I've had wheat and white crust as well as cauliflower crust pizza, Everytime I get pepperoni and bacon toppings with olives and onions. Tastes excellent! I'm sure their other pizzas are good too. For Food, it's very good and fresh. If they have the right ingredients (they run out of things a lot), but if they have everything. Food can be on point. Service- constant confusion. I get anxiety walking in the place sometimes. The employees do not know the ingredients for almost any item on the menu. I constantly go back because I do like their food!!! When I get what I order. I feel like I have to watch the employee make my order though to ensure what I order is right! Organization- the worst. I don't know if the employees have a lot of turn around or they just don't have proper training, but for an organization that does an assembly line production.... they fail. I wish sometimes they could just work like chipotle who has a great production line! Their employees jump all over and just don't know what's going on and/or who has taken care of what. Left disappointed. Came to Snap for the last half of my lunch break to grab a bit to eat. It wasn't busy when I walked but what should have taken 5-10 to get me in and out the door took over 35 mins. It seem as though nobody knew what they were doing and everyone was moving slow as molasses. The only reason I am being so critical is because I have been to the location in Center City and they operate very efficiently with a higher volume of customers. I ended up requesting my money back and leaving without a lunch. I would be willing to give them another try if I know that no customers in the store when I come in. read more

I love the pizza but the customer service is terrible. The other day the restaurant was closed during business hours. Because there was no sign on the door to explain why the restaurant was closed when it should've been open, I called to ask what was going on and if there was an expected opening time. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, took a condescending tone with me when I asked questions, and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Turns out there were staffing issues, which is totally understandable given everything that's going on right now. But employees should be responsible for communicating unexpected issues in a respectful way. There is absolutely no excuse to be rude to customers who are just asking questions. read more

Probably one of the worst pizza kitchens in the area. I'm not sure how this place ever got to be so popular. On both occasions I've gone to Snap, I had issues. On my first visit, my salad was made improperly, but the teenager behind the counter acted like I was asking for peace in the Middle East when I said I needed different toppings. (There was a long line, but I wasn't about to go with half my salad missing!) Why offer custom salads if your workers are too unorganized to remember how to make them? The second time I went in with friends, one of our orders was wrong (surprise, surprise). This time, the manager tried to fix it as fast as possible. Unfortunately, the new pizza wasn't cooked well, and my ceasar salad tasted so strongly of lemon zest that it was pretty much inedible. The whole restaurant also reeked of fumes (burnt pizza?), and it was so smokey we had to leave shortly thereafter. We must have gone on an off night, as our experience was not very good. Immediately you can see there is plenty of seating inside and there are tables outside that appear to be open to anyone. The noise level is high inside the restaurant which was why we ventured outside to eat. I ordered The SoCal salad. It was a lot smaller than a salad at Mod Pizza (why is a comparable restaurant), it was lacking flavor, and the price was $8.99. Also, they did not put any avocado in my salad which is listed as an ingredient on the menus. I was going to go inside and ask them to add it (hey, I just spent $8.99 on a pretty tiny and flavorless salad!) but the line was very very long. The kids meal is $4.99 for a pretty good sized pizza with one topping and a fountain soda or organic milk. That's a good deal. Also, my husband got the Mexique. It was drenched in BBQ sauce and he wasn't wowed. Of course I took the blame for our crappy dinner since I suggested Snap after doing Yelp research and seeing the 4.5 stars it has. Oh well, live and learn. Overall, my hopes were Snap would be as good as Mod, but no such luck. I wouldn't be willing to try them again since they are outside my normal "bubble" of the Malvern area, and if we are looking for a build your own pizza/salad joint we have two Mod Pizzas closer to our home. read more

Had to try this place. Went during lunchtime. Lines were long, but they kept up. Very fresh ingredients, many prepared openly. Don't be afraid to ask for "extra" as their standard topping portions are a little minimal. crust is quesadilla thin and nicely crusted. A little bland, but you can spice it up with their additional condiments. read more

I came here based on the reviews, but wish I hadn't wasted my time. First the service was terrible. They were so busy that after I ordered, no one was there to take my money. Turned out this was a blessing as I had a chance to see the pizzas coming out of the oven... burned! When I inquired if I could have mine less done and not burned, the girl's response was no. Maybe the best fast-food experience the wife and I have ever had. From start to finish...the cleanliness/decor of the restaurant...to the absolute efficiency & courtesy of the staff to the fresh and delicious food that is made right in front of you. We had a custom gluten-free pizza: the dough was just perfect. Crusty & chewy and thin...the toppings were bacon, goat cheese, mushrooms & caramelized onions. YUM! I think the pizza is really good, but the Exton, PA location ice dispenser has been broken and out of order for months and months...maybe the owner or manager don't care that you can't get a cold drink, but it's extremely annoying and really unprofessional that they haven't fixed it yet! Literally the friendliest employees ever. Not even just one but everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I LOVE the cauliflower crust. I've never seen it anywhere before other than here. UPDATE: The Crust Edges are much better now...not sure if they read my earlier review below, but the Crust Edges are now slightly thicker/chewier & puffier, just like Ardmore;) Since we're closer to this location, this was paramount for us!:)lol Also tried the Dessert Nutella & Banana Pizza, which was good(3.5), but way too messy to eat, as there was no way to pick up the slices without getting Nutella all over your hands. Exton location was very good for many years, unfortunately like most things it doesn't last forever. The quality of ingredients has suffered, staff isn't as good as they used to be. I guess now you have to check to see if they are actually open or decide to close for a couple hours. Servings are down prices are up don't mind if great atmosphere and service. Snap makes custom pizzas & salads, but has a a few recipe ones to start from if you're overwhelmed by all the choices like I was. This place was good. Today we went and there weren't too many customers. The staff was a mess and kept making mistakes on everyones orders. I was hearing customers complaining not getting their orders and it was wrong. One of the staff members seemed to have a nervous breakdown as she looked a mess and started crying in the back. I ordered a pizza and a salad (what a sad salad) - they were so skimpy with the toppings - 3 little pieces of chicken and 1 piece of artichoke! Seriously and you charged me full price for that. You should be cheap to your customers especially with COVID u need business and being cheap u lost a customer and I assume many others by the looks of the poor service I have witnessed. read more

Good overall, not great (not as good as Blaze Pizza in my opinion). Atmosphere is fun. Price is reasonable. $8 for a custom pizza where you can pick as many toppings as desired. Definitely would come back again. Tried this place on a whim last Sunday, and was pleasantly surprised. I love how they have pre-established selections as well as make your own. I used to work at a chain that has a similar concept (so I ate it all the time) and this is far better. The ingredients tasted fresh and delicious, and it was pretty quick! I would love to see them put labels around the ingredients just to make it a bit easier for those who want to try something different. We also got some of their cinnamon sticks and they were SO GOOD. A great balance - not too sugary or too buttery but still delectable. The guy working there was so sweet and heard that I love icing and gave me an extra cup of icing which was so sweet. The interior had a good vibe and was very welcoming. When I went there, they didn't allow for carry out because of the supply chain issues and their lack of pizza boxes. Their menu is so accommodating, as they've recently added daiya cheese and cauliflower crust for vegan and gluten free customers (in addition to their gluten free crust). I have to eat GF due to a food allergy and was excited to have another option in the area for pizza. I went in to order and thought the people behind the counter were rather friendly. I ordered a GF Sweet N Slow pizza. What I liked is that they offered to prep the pizza on a separate table to avoid cross contamination. However, when they started putting the pizza together, my excitement went away. They skimped on the sauce and the toppings but used plenty of cheese. I will say that their crust is slightly better than Ron's Original up the road. The sauce had a nice taste, but the pizza could definitely use more. And they needed to increase the amount of toppings. Ron's uses a healthy amount on theirs. I know that they just opened, so I'll give this place another shot. But for right now, I have to say that the best GF pizza around here is up at Ron's in Lionville. read more

I've dreamed of finding a place like this and now that I have, I am not disappointed at all, their toppings are mostly fresh or lightly flavored and cooked, and they have a great variety. The only downside is that the building itself is a little small and can get crowded, but that's easily solved by take out.
