I feel guilty eating veal parm, but I had a craving and this hit the spot! It came with a delicious caesar salad too with big slices of fresh parmesan cheese on top. I ordered directly through their website and they delivered to my door less than an hour later. Easy as could be! read more

Excellent again. Everything well prepared. Delivery prompt. First time tried Hawaiian pizza ( w ham and pineapples), a Winner. The cheese on top particularly good. Sandwich perfectly toasted, tomato sauce flavorful. It is usually the sausage grinder or chicken parm for me. French fries at $4.95 a good deal. And chicken tenders nicely breaded and a great deal for the quantity (see photo) for $8.95. read more

Great food & amazing service! The man that served us was very kind. Food was affordable & delicious. I would definitely eat there again!

First time coming to Berwyn Pizza. Rating is based on a 4 to 5 for the excellent pizza and a 2-3 for a somewhat mediocre cheese steak. More like chopped beef with not a lot of flavor with some cheese. Come for the pizza, it is very good. read more

Berwyn Pizza is a great local pizza shop! It provides fast friendly service and always has gluten free options!

Impressed with their meatball parm sandwich! Meatballs are standard but the herbs, roll and cheese are really beautifully done! Perfect taste! Cheeseburger hoagies remain delish, and fries are standard but always tasty! Hot sandwiches are definitely the way to go here! You will be pleased! read more

A mainline gem-situated right on Lancaster Avenue, this place is hard to miss. I've driven by seemingly a million times over the past thirty years or so and never stopped in, but I e enjoyed this pizza twice now, in the past few months, with friends. They serve a typical Philly Greek style pan pizza, similar to other pizza joints in the area, and they don't disappoint. We had a cheese pizza for delivery-came just when expected, hot, and cooked well. Driver was polite. Pizza was of consistent quality-I'd give it a 7.7 out of ten-I love this style of pizza and Berwyn Pizza does it well! read more

Great pizzas and salads. Price is right. On time after ordering. Meat pizza is very good read more

I have ordered their Swiss Mushroom Burger on a Brioche Roll with fried onions countless times over the past 3 years and it has always been juicy and delicious. What happened? The burger I received was dry and the onions were barely cooked, even the meat of the burger was tasteless. Please, bring back the old recipe and ingredients as this was a disappointing substitute. On the flip side, the delivery was timely and the gentleman was very pleasant. read more

A standard pizza shop cheesesteak. I really liked the fried onions and mushrooms. They spent time together on the grill and played very well together. The rest was standard. Big bready roll. Okay meat. Definitely needed more cheese. read more

Best pizza. Friendly service. Open kitchen. Reasonable prices. Local feel with booths and TVs.

Somethings just make you feel good and Berwyn Pizza delivers that home experience. They've been around for over 30 years and you get that familial vibe. The menu is decently sized and has all the feel good foods from pizza to hoagies to chicken Parm dinners. Some of my personal favorites are the cheese steak hoagies and Berwyn cheese fries. The bread of the cheesesteak has so much texture to it and perfectly soaks the cheese whiz. Berwyn cheese fries are coated in cheese, bacon, and ranch - for finger licking goodness. Berwyn Pizza has those classics that I'm always craving! read more

Great buffalo chicken pizza! We also really liked the Berwyn Fries and the cheesesteaks...just wish they had wiz as an option on the steaks!

First time there over the weekend with a friend. The pizza was superb! Never had anything like it. Crust was just right and the little pepperoni's they use are wonderful! Would definitely go back again and try something else....but the pizza might have me hooked! read more

The pizza was okay. Customer service not very welcoming. In regards to price for what you're getting there are better options locally.

I stopped by for the first time and ordered a delicious Turkey grinder. For a grinder, the Turkey was a little (hoagie) cool in the middle, but otherwise it was absolutely delicious. Every crunchy bite of the roll sent crumbs flying off to every inch of their table. Just glad I didn't take it home to eat. I highly recommend trying one of these grinders. Next time for me will be the pizza, or steak sandwich...I can't decide. I want it all. read more

Ok, fair is fair, since my last review they added online ordering, so now this place gets its fair props. Ordered online and got a great meal at a great price. Ordered a Gyro with more gyro meat than I have seen in awhile outside a gyro place, pizza places so rarely do this anymore. Garlic bread and meatballs were excellent. Looking forward to going back for cheesesteaks and pizza pies next! read more

Our family lives about a 2-minute drive away, so picking up is easy. Also, we are a family of 4, so if delivery is necessary, that is an option. We have ordered from here at least 100 times (not an exaggeration.) They are incredibly consistent! I don't think we have ever been disappointed. The pizza is always good and doesn't fall apart. The burgers and strombolis are great. The salads are great. It's easy for us, but also very tasty. read more

Favorite neighborhood delivery place We order from here a couple times a month... and our usuals are their pizzas, Greek Salad and cheeseburgers. Delivery is always reliable and food always seems to be hot when it arrives. We will continue to be regular customers! read more

If you are using this menu DON'T!!! I ordered 3 orders of wings thinking it would be $21 It was litterally double! $42 When I said something they said all Chicken and Roast beef products have gone up. The wings were very good, but not double priced good read more

Great pizza, the crust is amazing, hell the whole pizza was amazing. You can dine in too.

Grew up in Berwyn, PA and would eat Berwyn Pizza a lot. Was just back up in Berwyn, and had to get my fix. Really great food across the board. Defintely recommend them if you are in the area. The stromboli is a must have, and their cheesesteaks and pizza are great as well. This place used to be a very small pizza shop, and then they added on to it and made it look more like a restaurant. Looks a lot different today then it did 20+ years ago. read more

All time favorite pizza place in the area! Green peppers and onion pizza - with the perfect crust! I like to ask for it well done, so the edges of the crust have perfectly crunchy cheesy crisps. And don't forget the Italian hoagie! I almost always buy both when I am in town - and have leftovers for days!! Pure heaven, and have been enjoying it for well over 30 years! Love these guys! read more

There are not many new reviews for Berwyn Pizza and I know why. Berwyn Pizza has been a staple on the mainline for over 40 years. They consistently served high quality food. This was the pizza of my childhood and sometimes only will do for me. Recently and frequently, I would order 3 large pizzas to stock my freezer up since I moved away from the area. Yes, I travelled 15 miles to get this pizza and yes, it was that good and unique. I have noticed that the pizzas have gotten smaller over time (not good). The cost increased but I was okay with $ because the same flavor was there. Until my last couple visits. The cheese blend has changed. I won't pretend I know their cheese blend formula but it's off and I stopped my patronage after 40 years. Spending $60 on large pizzas should be LARGE pizzas (not their old medium size) and the amount & quality (cheese blend) is just not what it used to be. Posting this makes me sad. It really does. I hope they can correct this. If they do, GenX, please let me know (because we know how great their pizza can be)! read more

(3.5) ~ good overall food service. MENU: * Plain Pizza = (3.75) Good. It's similar in style & texture to the original pan pizzas that you'd get at Pizza Hut. * French Fries = (3.25) pretty good read more

Absolutely LOVE the pizza but skip the pasta dishes, they were only ok. Quick delivery & great prices.

The cheesesteaks here are excellent. I love the basic one and the pepperoni one. They have all the basic

I ordered the jalapeño poppers, fried flounder sandwich, and chicken cheesesteak Stromboli. Unfortunately, nothing was good! Poppers were soggy and the cheese inside wasn't melted and tasted like can cheese. The cheesesteak stromboli lacked flavor since they didn't even season the meat, bland season-less chopped chicken is not my idea of a good meal. Finally, and probably the worst of all 3 was the flounder sandwich, it was a joke! It was obviously a very poor quality frozen piece of fish topped with a mushy tomato and wet soggy lettuce. I will never order here again. If I could give zero stars I would! read more

Best cheesesteaks (with fried onions and mushrooms)on the Main Line. And I've had them everywhere! Wish I still lived around there, but EVERY time I go back, I stop there. Mmmmm read more

The Berwyn Pizza is a Greek-style pizza, that is milder cheeses, "fried". So, if you're looking for a thin pizza, this is not it. It's just not the style. It's a pan-style pizza similar to Pizza Hut, but this version is much better. The crust is still airy and light, without much flavor, but not bland at the same time. The pizza is greasy - but that is the style - some love it or hate it. I most certainly like it. The cheese is legendary and a great mix. It's a treat and I love this place, although the oils used to fry aren't my first preference (tastes like vegetable oil), hence the 4 star rating. If only they would cook it in pepperoni fat... Anyway excellent Greek pizza. Also, did you know there used to be a Pizza Hut across the street - and the Dreeks (the people at Berwyn Pizza) put them under? read more

Phone service: Great! Nice guy Delivery: A bit slow but not bad Order: Chicken cheeseteak stromboli - looked great, tasted like cardboard. Chicken was not seasoned and cheese was bland. Trash. Jalapeño poppers- looked great, but they were cold and the cheese tasted like it came out of a can. Trash. Horrible. Flounder sandwich- again..looked great. Once you pick the sandwich up, you realize the fish is mushy and blends into the bread. The tomatoes were mushy and it was just messy and unedible. Even then, I still took a few bites only to realize the fish had no flavor. Worst fish sandwich ever. Not the fresh crispy sandwich you expect. Trash. Overall experience: I heard the place was good so I ordered delivery, but I had a Terrible food experience. I will never order here again and I recommend you do that you dont either. Everything went into the trash along with the $30 I spent for this terrible food. read more

This is my favorite pizza in the area- by far. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu: wings, cheesesteaks, cheese fries, chef's salad, etc... all delicious.
