Benny's is my favorite because I'm a sweet sauce girl when it comes to pizza. I also love the way they cook this pizza. It isn't greasy, crispy outside and cheesey in the middle. Fairly priced as well. read more

The food here has been my favorite since I was a kid! Order the Ham and Cheese Stromboli with American cheese and a little bit of sauce it will change your life! Great and quick service! Absolutely love the cozy feel of the eating space! I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking for great food at a good price! read more

Great quality and service every time! They have affordable prices and delicious options.

I miss Sal a ton. A really great& friendly family place. Good for slices & sandwiches. Mediterranean is my fav slice & the chicken cheese is a great deal. It's not overly huge & comes with fries at a great price Recommended Love ya Sal read more

Super cool people that accommodate and make tasty pizza! Easy parking and close to shopping.

Workers are soooo kind always. I love going there for their specialty pizzas and always get really good service.

It's a long story how I discovered this place. So, long story short, this pizzeria caters a children event space in the area. I had a slice one day while attending a party at the event space and immediately fell in love. The pizza is delicious. It's the sweet sauce that gives it its own identity it's a classic mom and pop pizzeria with great food. We had pizza half pepperoni and half sausage, onion and green pepper. Omg delightful seriously. Zing dings (classic favorites) & fried mushrooms (so buttery and good) service was great. The wife serves the dining room floor. She's sweet and welcoming. I will be returning asap read more

Benny's Pizza - My slice (sorry forgot to take picture before indulging lol) - Pizza Near Me - West Chester, Pennsylvania

A day of drinking and eating cheesesteaks with Amigo Dan. We got a large Crazy Benny. $8.49 and it came with everything except the kitchen sink, 3 cheeses, bacon, fried onions, mushrooms, sweet and hot peppers. This Cheesesteak had surprisingly good balance. We liked it. My personal pet peeve, I would have left the mushrooms off or left them on the grill for longer. You obviously have to be in the mood for an everything cheesesteak and if you are this is your cheesesteak. read more

So happy we stopped there tonight walking up to the parade. Had never been there but heard so much about it being a West Chester iconic pizza shop. Despite it being busy we were served quickly and with a smile. Such a friendly staff. Brought us our salads (Greek with chicken was very good. Chicken was cooked just right and salad was very fresh) and pizza slices. Then they apologized for a few crumbs on the table and came back right away to clean them up. Definitely a family run business. Sal must be smiling down. Will definitely be back. read more

Best Italian Stromboli I've ever had. I'm 35 and have been eating Benny's my whole life. It's a must stop for me when I'm in West Chester.

Bennys pizza is MY FAVORITE pizza. Home of the perfect slice. Sauce slightly sweet and delicious. I actually crave this pizza. Crust amazing. I stopped eating pizza and pretty much all fast food years ago but I allow myself a slice of bennys once a week. Such nice people and Um where else can you get lunch for under $5? Plain slice and soda is $3.85. Slices are big. I always order plain so I'm not sure about other toppings or options. read more

My husband and I have been searching for a good pizza for years in West Chester. Every place we tried just wasn't good enough for the price. We finally just tried Bennys and it blew us away. The pizza is so good and the price is very reasonable. We are very excited to try their other menu items but are so happy to have finally found a place with delicious pizza! read more

Ordered for the first time and the food never showed up. Tried calling and no answer. Finally got a call at 10pm (1.5 hours after our order was placed) and the food isn't going to be delivered to us due to an issue with the driver. This is subpar service and quite frankly unacceptable. read more

Stopped in for a quick late night pizza fix. I grabbed a plain cheese slice for around $2.25. I'm not gonna rave about how great it was. I'm a fan of the NY style here especially how the cheese, dough, and sauce easily create a good flavor framework. The reheating in the oven after ordering also makes for a crispy crust. It's alright overall at least the service is friendly, that's a plus. read more

Benny's Pizza - Cheese slice - Pizza Near Me - West Chester, Pennsylvania

The food good I liked everything I got from them the service is pretty fast and friendly

I stopped in here while roaming around West Chester, PA, one of my favorite strolling towns. I was looking for some flat greasy pizza, and found it well served here. They have $5 lunch specials, including two cheese slices, fries, and a too-small drink. The pizza crust had a nice crunch, and the cheese had just the right viscosity. I saw another customer's chef salad, and it looked pretty good as well. I'm restricting my review to 3 starts, because of how little of the menu I tried. If this review hasn't enticed you, how about the sex shop next door, "Feminine Boutique," not yet visited by this reviewer. Good website, though. read more

Great food great service and great value. Thanks. Can't wait for another pizza night.

Benny's is a West Chester classic. Came here all the time in my younger days for their lunch special. So many good memories here I definitely recommend. The staff really make it feel like a true hometown pizza joint. Sal will be missed read more

I will never order from this place again. I'm a recent implant to the West Chester area and am in search of a good pizza place, Benny's most definitely is not it. My roommate and I ordered the basics, a medium well done pie and a ham & cheese calzone, pizza parlor staples. The sauce was inedible, it was as sweet as if someone poured a few cups of sugar into it. Not to mention the pizza was most definitely not well done. The same sweet sauce was served with the calzone which was a nightmare of its own. The calzone was served with big chewy hunks is ham, not the typical deli slices and it was seriously lacking in ricotta cheese. Onto the next pizza place...hopefully we have better luck elsewhere. read more

This place was on point. Little bit of flop, sauce was delicious. Good football pizza. One bite, everybody knows the rules. 8.1

Incredible value and really good pizza. Would absolutely recommend and would order again!

My mouth is still watering thinking about this place. The cheesesteak was better then I have ever had in Philly. The pizza is just amazing I am a firm believer that pizza is good because the sauce people use. Well they hit this one out of the park. I was nervous being from Jersey and finding good pizza in PA but Bennys had it. read more

Make no mistake, this place is the best in West Chester. Don't be fooled by the stupid giant slice gimmicky places in town - those slices can't hold their sauce! Benny's is old schools solid great pizza and accompanying items. I always get pizza here because it's so good, but have tried a bunch of other menu items and have always been happy. Try the regular pizza, pepperoni, buffalo chicken, zucchini fries, etc.. all excellent. Awesome old school hang read more

Sorry to say but this place was a tad bit disappointing... I ordered a regular Stromboli, asked what was in it and when I went to pick it up and brought it home it had different things in it. I called to have a new one made and they refused to produce a new one without me having to PAY AGAIN? This was my first and last time coming to this disappointing little pizza shop. They will not be receiving my business again. Such a shame because customer service will always be 50% of the experience but they may not understand until it's too late. read more

Pizza is terrible. Just terrible. I lived across the street for 2.5 years and only made this mistake once. The Stromboli - also terrible. Huge cubes of meat (ham I think) in a plain? Wasn't prepared for that one at all! Cheesesteaks are pretty good, and of course you have to get cheddar topped tator tots! Delicious! read more

This place has good french fries, okay to good pizza (it's not my favorite in town but I'd put it in the top 25 percent), and a real old-school feel, like you just stepped through the portal back to about 1969 when you went in the door. The guys who run it (who have been running it for years) are friendly, and they definitely have a lot of "regulars" stopping by, but I don't feel like they ignore the folks they don't know in favor of their buddies. You can get some really good lunch deals here, like 2 cheese slices with fries and a drink for six bucks. Like everyplace else in West Chester, parking near Benny's is an issue so I wouldn't drive over just to eat here, but if you are already in town for something or are within walking distance it's a decent place to eat. read more

Love bennys! great staff, nice little place, good food, friendly, cheap, worth it! :) check it out!

After living in the area for 20 years, this is by far one of the best spots in town. They have good cheese steaks, great pizza, great stromboli, and great calzone. Their sauce is home made and beats any other local joint; we always ask for extra sauce to dip, because it's that good. The owners have been in the community for probably 30+ years in the same prime location in a busy and ever changing college town. I think all of Chester County court house goes there for lunch... It's well worth the quality and atmosphere. read more

Benny's fits the bill just fine. Nothing extravagant here, but they boast a full menu with all of your local pizza shop staples. Today I went for the sandwich special, which means a small cheesesteak w/ fried onions, mushrooms, a side of fries and a fountain drink that only got me for $6 and a few coins! Benny's provides some of the most inexpensive options that you will find in the West Chester area. The cheesesteak was adequate and the size small was of perfect portion for lunch. If I venture back, I most likely will hold off on the straight from the can mushrooms. Other than that, a fine sandwich. The fries were what I would classify as "phony fries." They could definitely use an upgraded frie but get a break because of the prices they charge. From a service standpoint, I found everyone I interacted with to be very pleasant. Moral of the story here is that Benny passes the grade mostly because of their menu prices and their friendliness. read more

This is my favorite pizza place.I can't believe I never had this before.I recommend having this place next time u have the shot

Do you like hoagies? Do you like steaks? Benny's is the place to go! Their eggplant parm hoagie is ridiculously good and about 4 bucks cheaper than you're going to pay elsewhere. I always take my out-of-town visitors to Benny's for a legit Philly cheesesteak. They usually prefer Benny's steak to the big name places in the city. Now that is legit. Benny's also has a super nice staff and a sweet mural of Venice on the wall. read more

I was in Lancaster for the weekend and had the mis-fortune of ordering from Benny's. Never in my life have I had a worse pizza. There was virtually no sauce to be seen, found or tasted. The mushrooms were straight out a of a can. A total dissapointment. Normally I look forward to having left over pizza for breakfast. Not this time,no. When we picked up the pie Benny said- you are about to have the best pizza of your life. Wrong, Benny. It was the worst. read more

I was visiting the area and wanted one last Philly cheesesteak and though this place is known for their pizza, a nearby shop owner recommended it. My sandwich was very good, the cook was very friendly, but no one else ever interacted with me. It really feels like a locals hangout, which I love. A couple others had the pizza and raved. read more

Well well well, it's only taken 15yrs. in the West Chester area to find a gem like Benny's! This will definitely be our once a month stop (especially since we found a great haircut spot, The County Seat Style across the street.) We ordered the white pizza, wings, and the Benny's crazy Cheesesteak, one with beef, one with chicken. The White pizza was solid, not a huge cornmeal fan, but the flavor was on point. The wings were a bit small but were Perfectly fried and had great flavor. Now onto the crazy cheesesteaks - They were a burst of flavor with a nice bit of heat to them. My wife and I devoured ours in about 3 minutes. Prices were very fair, our bill was around $35. read more

Not that great. Pizza sauce is too sweet and not a great pie. Hoagies are below par. Cheesesteaks are decent Calzone was awful....I mean awful read more

Love love love Benny's! Their pizza is the best in West Chester! The crust is fresh, delicious and light. They have so many choices for toppings and every one of them is great. I highly recommend checking it out!! read more

As a self proclaimed pizza connesiour and West Chester resident of 15 years, this place has the best pizza. There is no doubt. Sal (the owner) is also great. Pledge your allegiance to Benny's. read more

I came here on a recommendation for pizza awhile ago. My only regret is that I didn't come here sooner. Benny's is an old school pizzeria that sticks to what works. Pizza sauce is on the sweeter side with the right amount of spices. The crust was thin (which I love) but not soggy like some thin crust pizzas out there. We also had the fried ravioli, which was equally as delicious. Overall, if you are looking for good, inexpensive pizza you need to check this place out. read more

Best pizza place in the whole area! I've been coming here basically since I've been alive and I will always love this place! Never disappointed! read more

AMAZING! Sal is such a sweet heart and so is the rest of the staff! As I'm sure you'll read in the crappy reviews. Their pizza is different it has a sweet sauce and it's not for everyone but as for myself and my friends we love it. The lunch specials are a really good amount of food for the price. Yesterday I had the chicken parm and it really hit the spot. I go here at least once a week and have not a bad thing to say about this place. read more
