We bought three large loads of three quarter minus rock to have our driveway redone. The base was…read morein pretty good shape, but we needed rock because it had been a number of years since we had that done. The rock was delivered by a contracted driver named Pat (male driver), who drove a huge near-new truck and did a fantastic job of slowly spreading the rock where we needed it, including in a few tight quarters. He continually checked with us to insure we were getting the rock where we wanted it. Pat did a fantastic job! A few days prior, we drove out to the quarry office and talked with Cristal, who explained the whole process and had us follow a couple of employees out to actually see the rock we'd be getting. Cristal was seriously easy to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with her. We had called three other companies for quotes and Kitsap Quarry was half what the others were charging. We'd be happy to do business with Kitsap Quarry again!

My husband and I visited the Emerald showroom while shopping for new flooring. We found Alexander…read moreprofessional, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. When my contractor was then unable to reinstall the floor, we panicked since it was critical for the next stage of our remodel. I immediately reached out to Alexander at Emerald Installation. He was AMAZING! Alexander came over that same afternoon and reinstalled the flooring. It was beautiful, and just in time for the next stage of construction. We don't know what we would have done without his help and expertise. I can't recommend Emerald Installation & Floors enough! They truly save the day for us!!!!!

It wasn't until after they left and I was taking it all in that I found the dime sized chip behind the faucet. That made me look at everything more closely and I found little spots scattered here and there that were dull and not sealed like the rest of the countertop. It's not easy to see with the variation of color and all the swirls but it may affect the countertop in the future. I signed that form stating everything was fine so I will have to live with it. I didn't know I had to ask to have holes drilled to anchor my dishwasher. You would think it was obvious since the screws were sticking out from my new dishwasher waiting to be anchored to my counter when they installed it. Every time I open the door to the dishwasher and pull out a rack the dishwasher tips forward then I have to lift it back in place, very annoying. It just reminds me why I'm not going back there to do my bathroom. I'll have my bathroom guys fix the kitchen issues. Don't forget to ask for your leftover piece of stone. I had about $1000 of granite leftover (3 slabs) They don't automatically give it to you if you don't ask. They sell it at full price. I had enough to make a side table the perfect height for kneading bread and sold the other 2 slabs. I'm glad the kitchen remodel is over. I'm looking forward to working with the staff at Works Granite and Stone. They have 5 stars and ratings say they are thorough and professional, so maybe this time will go more smoothly.
