It wasn't until after they left and I was taking it all in that I found the dime sized chip behind the faucet. That made me look at everything more closely and I found little spots scattered here and there that were dull and not sealed like the rest of the countertop. It's not easy to see with the variation of color and all the swirls but it may affect the countertop in the future. I signed that form stating everything was fine so I will have to live with it. I didn't know I had to ask to have holes drilled to anchor my dishwasher. You would think it was obvious since the screws were sticking out from my new dishwasher waiting to be anchored to my counter when they installed it. Every time I open the door to the dishwasher and pull out a rack the dishwasher tips forward then I have to lift it back in place, very annoying. It just reminds me why I'm not going back there to do my bathroom. I'll have my bathroom guys fix the kitchen issues. Don't forget to ask for your leftover piece of stone. I had about $1000 of granite leftover (3 slabs) They don't automatically give it to you if you don't ask. They sell it at full price. I had enough to make a side table the perfect height for kneading bread and sold the other 2 slabs. I'm glad the kitchen remodel is over. I'm looking forward to working with the staff at Works Granite and Stone. They have 5 stars and ratings say they are thorough and professional, so maybe this time will go more smoothly.

When we went to pick out the granite, we found a great selection and a helpful staff to guide us. They showed up as scheduled for the template and installation appointments. The installers were very respectful and addressed all of my questions. This was the most pleasant part of our bathroom remodel!

Well...Here's my crazy experience with this company. I ordered an $11K roof system with the…read moreexpectation that it would be delivered to my construction site (I'm on my 4th owner general build so not my first rodeo). When I called to check on the order they said, yes it came in. I said, when will it be delivered? I was promptly told, you said you didn't want it delivered. I said, no I didn't, I have no means to get it to the sight, of course I want it delivered. The salesman said, I asked you if you wanted it delivered and you said the price was to expensive (like $200). I said, that conversation never happened (getting a little hot under the collar now). He said yes it did do you want to talk with my manager (his drinking buddy that sits next to him). He got on the phone and said, how can I help you? I started my story and he kindly interrupted me to say, sir, I was right here when the conversation happened (now circling the wagons). I said, look I'm not gonna argue, how do I get it delivered? Well we don't deliver but perhaps the company that delivered it can do next time they're in town. O.K. let me know when. I decided to call back and speak with the GM. He listened and made empty promises and was as worthless and unhelpful as the rest of his team. After many unfulfilled promises to get my product delivered, I found my own way to get it to the site. I would be very cautious before doing business with this group in Bremerton. They have zero customer service and problem solving skills. I have to say that the forklift driver was a very pleasant and accommodating individual, they should consider having him teach their customer service class.

My God. For starters the delivery guys stacked so many bundles of roofing on 1 rafter that it…read morecracked it. Had to take off sheathing and replace the rafter. They didn't deliver many items on the list and never said a thing about it. Had to go back several times for missing items. And returns...oh brother you better hope you don't have a return. For starters, Tyler, the guy at the front desk has no clue how to begin a return...he turns around to the 2 guys in the back every minute or two for help, they begrudgingly come out and help him, only to disappear into the back or out in the yard again, and on it goes. I spent over an hour there on 2 returns. They tried to stick me with a 15% re-stocking fee. I pointed to all my paperwork, then all around the inside of the store and said tell me where it says I'm on the hook for a re-stocking fee. Luckily they agreed and didn't charge me for that. Then they can't refund my credit card even though that's how I paid for everything. They had to credit back the roofer's account with them for store credit, then I took that amount off what I owed the roofer- luckily he was ok with that. On my final return I had already settled up with the roofer so there was no other way than to submit for a Corporate check for my refund, which takes 4-6 weeks to receive...4-6 weeks! After spending 30 minutes trying to figure out a corporate check, Tyler, the less than proficient face at the front, finally tells me as they are about to close that he will e-mail me a copy of the return and a timeframe tomorrow morning. I wait 2 weeks and nothing. Call Tyler back and he's clueless, said "oh yeah corporate checks take 4-6 weeks". I said I understand that but you never sent me the receipt for the return. "Oh, let me get your e-mail address and I'll send it". I said you already have it but here it is again. Doubtful that anything will show up but we will see. Long story short- think twice before doing business with Pioneer Building Supply. I will give a compliment to Aaron however. Aaron knows what he is doing and knows how to treat customers.
