He answered all of my questions and helped me to select the perfect piece of spalted willow for a clock project that I'm working on. Tina is new to the Treefolk team but she is a welcome addition. She made my wife feel welcome and talked to her while I got lost thinking of future projects. They had so many good pieces for sale that my wife commented that she was happy we drove her car there and not my truck, or else we would have put a dent in both the inventory and our budget. I stood there while groups of employees walked by and no one stopped to ask if I needed help. Initially walking down the gutter aisle an employee was already helping someone and as I approached the employee turned around and walked away and also being in the group that walked by. I eventually walked over to the other aisle and asked for help from an employee that was helping someone else. He was really nice and a big help. So why was I ignored by about 4 other employees? Who knows. I've been in this particular ACE in Belfair and occasionally the employees are nice but a good portion of the times they are not. It must be miserable working there.

However, they figured it out and made a key to fit! Even more challenging was a disassembled lock for the door on a very old German made sideboard for which I had no key. I had spent alot of time trying to figure out how to reassemble this lock (that I disassembled myself to be truthful). They figured it out very quickly and gave it back to me with a key that worked! The parent company, West Coast Metal Building , is in Salem, Oregon. They operate in Washington, Oregon, CA and other north west states. They don't hold their reps accountable. They don't honor contracts. They steal.

This isn't a warranty issue, this is an installation issue. Don't use this company as they won't make good on their mistakes. They did offer to provide an estimate to repair the work, however. UMMM.
