I wanted to take a moment to thank Loren and the team at lscedar for making our cedar purchase…read moreexceptional. Starting with the ordering process, they have educated us on what the different grades of cedar are and what would fit best for our pergola project. The price point including delivery was the best on this side of Washington. The driver, Alex, was prompt and sincere. One could definetly tell about his passion for lumber as he showed us how to determine the age of the cedar posts, he also educated us on how best to protect the wood for years to come and was gentle in offloading the posts into our garage. He even gave us tips on how to move the heavy pieces around without scratching or denting them and preserving the look and aroma of the cedar. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the quality of service lscedar was able to provide. Thank you!

LS Cedar has an amazing array of cedar products for any project. I was working on a fence project…read morefor my home that was very custom and needed specific sizes of wood. Loren Sinner, the owner of LS Cedar, personally helped me put together a very specific order of incredibly high quality cedar for my project. My order arrived in a very comprehensive package - they take a lot of care in putting together your order and maintaining the quality through shipping. The wood itself was so beautiful, very nice color and all pieces in great shape! Originally I was finding it difficult to accomplish the design and quality I was looking for through retailers like Dunn Lumber. The "grade" of cedar those companies carry is not as good as what LS has too. In the end, by ordering specific sizes (rather than the few standard sizes Dunn had) I was able to get higher grade and more beautiful wood at a lower price overall! And to put the cherry on top, it was only $60 delivered from Vashon Island to Ballard - I assumed it would be a lot more. The overall customer service with LS was great, they really care about helping customers achieve their goals. I cannot thank them enough. Like their website says so well... "If you need box store quality and price, we invite you to call the box store nearest you! Many times their products are adequate for residential needs. If you desire beautiful, long-lasting quality material from a cedar lumber yard that is run by cedar experts, call us! " Thanks LS!

The rock was delivered by a contracted driver named Pat (male driver), who drove a huge near-new truck and did a fantastic job of slowly spreading the rock where we needed it, including in a few tight quarters. He continually checked with us to insure we were getting the rock where we wanted it. Pat did a fantastic job! A few days prior, we drove out to the quarry office and talked with Cristal, who explained the whole process and had us follow a couple of employees out to actually see the rock we'd be getting. Cristal was seriously easy to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with her. We had called three other companies for quotes and Kitsap Quarry was half what the others were charging.
