I wanted to send them a guide print to serve as a reference but they would not let me do it and no proofing available. It was a large Giclee so I was a little concerned as I have not ever worked with a lab that refused both guide print and proof. It was a reproduction of my wife's oil painting so color matching is important to us. Communication was over the phone and email so I might have gotten better service in person. A bit defensive when answering questions. Maybe it was me? or they are just too busy because they do good work at reasonable prices.

The natural cherry wood looks beautiful and gives our kitchen a warm, elegant feeling. The cabinet boxes and backs are plywood, and the overall quality feels solid and well-made. I was also very impressed with Mr. Zhong, the salesperson who helped us. I showed him my rough cabinet drawing and some photos of my kitchen, and he quickly used his software to create the cabinet plan and elevations and gave me an estimate right away. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated how quickly and accurately he understood what I wanted. The installation was also excellent and very fast. They completed the cabinet installation in just one day. When the countertop company came to measure, they used a laser to check the cabinets and confirmed that everything was level and properly aligned.
