There was a lot of complicated work involved including intricate tile work and James executed the work flawlessly. Got estimates from 4 different roofers in the Parkland area, Sam, the salesperson, came buy, gave…read moreme an estimate with 2 options - a full tear-off and replace and a partial. Decided to do the full tear off, got an estimate for $6700 and he thought that it would be another $240 for ply sheeting replacement. Turned out to be about double that, which set me back a tick as I was pushing it at $7000 anyway. As for the job? I think they did a good job - my house is 3 stories so I can't really see what they did. They did warranty their work for 2 years and the material is limited lifetime, so we'll see. I did stop by on my lunch hour during the work and they did have everything torn off. Time will tell whether or not the work is high quality. But I do have high hopes that even if it's not they will stand behind their work.
