This Smoothie King has 3 great strong points. 1, Efficiency. The preparation time by employees Miguel and Sophia are as quick as possible, without sacrificing the quality of their craft. Which brings me to number 2, the quality smoothies and foods prepared fresh in store. The strawberry hulk is my personal favorite smoothie, and the flatbreads are absolutely divine. I love the smoothies from this place and they have a drive thru which makes it easy to grab one on my way to work. My go-to order is either the Island Impact or the Lemon Strawberry Twist with pineapple added. They have a number of Enhancers you can add like protein or immuno boost and diet down. I've been coming here for years. But the last few times, the service was so bad, I've debated whether I want to return or not. For example, on a recent visit, I went to the drive thru and ordered my usual 20 oz Lemon Strawberry twist. As I was placing the order, the young girl taking my order couldn't stop laughing. I had to pause several times before she could compose herself enough to listen. She was goofing off with a coworker and you could hear everything in the drive thru speaker. She repeated my order but it was wrong so I told it to her again. I go to the window and they take payment. They give me my card back and say they made a mistake and charged me for a large instead of the small. Not wanting to be late for work, I said fine give me the large one instead. They give me my order and I drive off to work. As soon as I tasted it, I knew my order was completely wrong. But with all the school drop off traffic , I couldn't turn around without being late for work. I called the store and someone answers and they are still laughing it up over there. Like it's a big joke to mess up someone's order. No offer to make it right and the I'm sorry was said in between uncontrollable laughter. The last few visits with those two young girls working were pretty similar, making mistakes because they are too busy goofing off and not listening. I used to love the convenience of this place but until they fix their staff issues, I won't be back. read more

i've been here so many times. never once have i ever got bad service. i order in person and on mobile, nothing is ever wrong. i always get what i want perfectly and in a timely manner. i just tried their smoothie bowl and it's i'm glad this location is the closest to me. update: never failed me!!! smoothie king app rocks. all the workers have been so kind. today, lexia and mariah helped me out and it was a pleasure talking with them. keep up the hard work!! read more

This location has done nothing but gone downhill over the last year. I used to come here multiple times a week, and there would always be a long wait, or the quality of smoothie just wasn't up to standard. I stopped going for a couple of months and decided I would go today and it was a reminder of why I do not go. I ordered a 32 ounce yogurt delight with peanut butter, and it is extremely WATERY and has NO flavor. I can understand melting but it taste like water with a little bit of protein powder. Super disappointing. It's to the point where I feel this location no longer cares about quality over quantity. read more

I went earlier today and I was so upset I ordered two 20 oz smoothies in the drive thru and it was empty when I pulled up and by the time I got my first smoothie I had been waiting 15 minutes then three more cars showed up and then they told me to move to the front. Two more cars got their orders and drove off before I walked in and the manager had to ask what I was missing after they told me to wait in the front. Keep in mind my other smoothie is already made and just sitting and then they look at the sink and say they messed up my order and instead of atleast trying to pick up the pace the manager chose to blame the guy he was training. read more

She showed me how you can use an alternate ingredient in the Pineapple Surf to make a (sorta) naughty treat ! Another terrific associate I met is Ariel, and honestly, I am prob spelling her name wrong. She also was SUPER knowledgeable on the SK menu and nutritional offerings. I talked her ear off and she had so many amazing great combinations I had never even thought of! Stop in- the staff and the edibles inside will NOT disappoint . I ordered a 32 oz Keto Berry they did not have the keto mix no biggie they substituted protein powder. Oh, and they added some red plastic pieces. I have a video of it on my snap chat. I will never go to this Smoothie King or any for that matter. The young kids in the store should not be working in such an establishment. They mentioned they only had one working blender maybe if you stop putting large plastic pieces in the blender they might remain in good working order. read more

Came in here when the owner invited us to drop by when we were selling popcorn for Cub scouts. Super friendly person, and the staff was very attentive and FAST with our order. The place is EXTREMELY clean. I came back by with my family later in the week after a hot day outdoors. The smoothies really hit the spot. In an area where we have a glut of smoothie stores, this location is super convenient! Will be back! read more

I stopped by today and it's was extremely busy both in the drive through and inside. There was only one person working (a young girl) and the poor girl was trying so hard to manage an impossible task on her own. I didn't stay and get a smoothie, but shame on the management of this establishment for having such poor care and regard for your employees or place of business that you would leave only one person to handle both the drive through and inside of the store on their own. I think at one point she even called and asked for help to no avail. I hope this poor employee quits and finds a place to work that treats their employees better. read more
