No, but they are really good, they are fast (when ordering online I have yet to arrive before my order is finished), and their prices are reasonable. The worst part of getting food here is parking. first time trying was a pretty solid burger joint. Workers were pretty chill just took your order and you pick up at the window so minimal interaction, but that's ok. Food came out quick and there was enclosed seating and picnic tables outside, even though it was cold outside the laughter and ambiance of everyone eating made the enclosed area feel warm and inviting. For my food I hit the double cheeseburger. I like that the bun wasn't too big and I could bite the burger easily, patties were a good size and I loved all the free add ons. The caramelized onions were such a nice touch, highly recommend. The onion rings were not great to me, the batter had a weird after taste, but they were warm, had nice bite and were cooked well. I also got a taro milkshake too, yummy good drinkable thickness and not bright purple, which I like because less added coloring. With the name Smoke House, you would think smoked meats, but its an average burger joint. I ordered the Cheeseburger. Not bad, but nothing to that really stands out... well maybe the buns... they did a good job toasting it so it does not get too mushy and fall apart. The Fish Burger. Deep fried fish patty...crispy and hot. Nothing really special, except for the bun. The chili cheese fries are about normal. The fries are fresh and crispy. The chili has beans and tastes like its out of a can. There is a little heat. The restroom is out of service. The best thing is their customer service. The originally gave us 2 Cheeseburgers intead of the fish burger. They corrected it quickly and gave us the Cheeseburger to keep along with a replacement fish burger. Ordered for the first time this past Friday night using the Storefront by DoorDash pickup option. Placed my order at 10:15, received a text confirmation from Doordash and then a second text confirming Smokehouse received the order and should be ready between 10:30-10:35. At 10:23 I received another text saying 'Based on the original estimate provided by The Smokehouse, it's likely your order is ready'. I checked in with the gentleman in the Pickup window at 10:30 and he said it'll be about 5 more mins, that wasn't a problem for me. I then received a notification saying my order was ready, but that obviously wasn't true. The Pickup area was a busy so I waited til 10:43 and asked about my order again, still wasn't ready yet, and still not a big deal for me since I could see they were busy. I waited by the Pickup window instead of walking around the corner this time and I was handed my order soon after that. I ordered a Banana Milkshake, Cheese Fries and the Fish N Chips. The Banana Milkshake was very tasty but was like soup, melted and runny :( The Cheese Fries were OK, I appreciated the nacho cheese. I added the cheese in case the fries weren't crispy enough for me, which they weren't, but at least the cheese made them OK. The Fish was delicious! This was my favorite item out of everything I tried. It would've been amazing if they hadn't given me ranch dressing instead of tartar sauce. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE ranch! But I prefer tartar sauce with my fish and that's what was offered online. Were they out of tartar sauce? Or do they think ranch and tartar is interchangeable? No idea, but it left me very disappointed to receive a sour-tasting and strange colored ranch, so I ate the fish by itself. I threw the Chips in with my cheesy ones since they were un-crisp and under-seasoned. I paid $19 for the meal, pretty expensive for the quality I received. I had no cash on me, thus why I used the Storefront option, and there was no way to tip with my card. I read other reviews saying they don't accept credit card tips? Not sure if that's true still, but I always like to leave something for the staff, even if the food never brings me back again. Overall, if you do try The Smokehouse, order in person so you get a buzzer to let you know when the food is ready since the online system does not accurately reflect your order status.
