I took my vehicle in for a smog test but my check engine light was on. Instead of charging me for a smog test (knowing it would fail), the owner would not take my money and instead suggested I fix the issue and come back and try once the check engine light is gone. I did fix the problem (gas cap sensor) and then had my vehicle smog checked. It was nice to know that they are honest and not sketchy. Very satisfied and will be a repeat customer. read more

Love this place! Great customer service! My daughter has come here a few times as well. Recommend to anyone in the valley that needs a smog.

The process was fast, easy and great customer service. Came here because of the great number of positive reviews and was not disappointed

Super friendly, fast service and performed as advertised. What more could you ask for from a business? I came in with no appointment a couple weeks ago and the had my car smog tested and registration scanned within 15 minutes. Affordable pricing and the new tags came in about 6 business days after the test. Perfect! As an extra special bonus, they had a puppy in the office that was super cute...to be honest, getting to see and pet the pup was worth the price. Lol! read more

Great job, excellent service. I always come and get my smog check done here even though I don't even live in the area anymore.

the staff was fast and pleasant, they explained everything they were doing and explained the results. The person's car before me didn't pass and they took the time to diagnose the problem so they knew how to fix it so that it would pass. They were busy when I showed up but I never felt like they were too busy to make sure each of the customers was being taken care of. A pleasant surprise and a wonderful experience. and check their web page for a $10 coupon read more

Great work. Quick turnaround. Nicely run. Very efficient and friendly. Easy to find in Van Nuts. Parking wasn't an issue since they park for you. Would set come again. With the yelp discount it's about the same price as other places, slightly lower. Not much savings. read more

Super efficient and fast! Plus... friendly. I'll be coming here for now on. The check was very fast and I was back on the road in no time.

Blvd Auto Repair referred me here. Went another place in La before who couldn't even find how to get to my engine in a smart car! I pulled up into smog zone was greeted promptly and Gizmo( my car) was in smogged, and they offer Dmv service for extra $30 which I would probably spend on gas in traffic to AAA or dmv. Less than 20 mins and I can get on with my day! Amen!! Thank you smog zone read more

Overall: Quick, efficient and GREAT customer service. I am so happy I found Haik and Smog Zone! I was registering my SUV at the DMV and I didn't have an updated Smog Certificate. I quickly searched my iPhone for local smog centers and this came up. I called this place and he said he could get me right in and it was only $50...they were offering a $10 discount. Another car had arrived before I did but I didn't end up waiting very long and the smog check itself was quick. He also helped me maneuver my car on and off the street because parking is tricky. I couldn't get over helpful the customer service was. I highly recommend! Smog Zone is opening up a new location across the road soon. It looks like there will be more parking and I was a told, a better waiting area. Although as far as smog centers go there is nothing wrong with the current wait area. read more

Came here after talking to Haik on the phone, so glad I did. He told me it would take ten minutes and he didn't disappoint. The icing on the cake was when he said he can print my registration and give me my sticker on the spot. WHAAATT?! (Small fee) I was so relieved not to have to deal with DMV lines or traveling to Triple A. Talk about a one-stop shop! I love it! They know smart business. Haik was very friendly and knowledgeable. I saved time and money coming here. Plus I got a discount upon check in with Yelp. Win-win all around! Thank you for your help Haik! I will be referring you to friends and family! read more

I'm so glad I found this place on Yelp! I went without an appointment and they were immediately able to take my car. They were friendly and told me I could wait in the waiting room that they have inside which is nice and cool. It took about 10-15 min and I checked in on Yelp and got $15 off the normal $60 it normally costs. I will definitely be going back here for any other smog checks in the further! read more

Best place in town. Owner is super up front and honest. Told another customer that his car would not pass since his computer had just been reset.... before even testing it....he is super knowledgeable and trustworthy. He could have tested it and collected the money knowing it would fail and the customer would have to come back again. I have been in the car industry a while and this is one of the good shops that does right by their customers. 5 stars! read more

Went in today and took both my cars a 97 Lincoln and a 91 Lexus and they got me in and out so fast I was very impressed. They are very friendly and helpful. There isn't much I can say because I was in and out so fast I was very happy with their service. I will come back again no problem. read more
