I was helped by Sam, he was very nice. I called the day before as I had seen them advertising a special. I was told to come first thing the next day at 9 am and I would be taken care of. Showed up at 9:06 (Saturday morning) there was already someone getting their car tested. I checked in with Sam and I was next in line. I was done within 20 minutes. It was a breeze. Sam also took care of the DMV records since I had already paid for my registration. I will definitely be back here for my smog test and future DMV needs. Everything was clean. Easy. Great prices. I highly recommend! Thanks again Sam!

**1 star -- Advertised price is a bait-and-switch**…read more The $32.40 flyer is what got me in the door. Once inside, the attendant (possibly the owner) pointed to a different price on the wall -- the real one. If your posted advertisement isn't the actual price, don't put it on a flyer. Second issue: they tried to charge me $90+ for a VIN verification. I left, drove to the DMV myself, and got it done free in under 10 minutes. That's not a service fee -- that's a markup on something the state does at no cost. I ended up paying $92.70 for the smog check itself because I was already there and didn't want to start the process over elsewhere. Won't be returning, and I'd think twice before trusting the pricing on their signage.

All I needed was to update my registration address and leave with my vehicle tags (everything has been lost in the mail for years). I walked in for my appointment and was greeted very warmly. I explained my issue and he said no problem let's do it! While he was sorting through the paperwork I brought, he was very friendly and we talked about sports and what I do for work. I would have paid whatever to resolve this and the pricing felt extremely fair and worth it to finally have done. I was in and out in 15 minutes after being stuck with my issue for years. Hard to find a decent service these days, but I am happy to report that this is a legit option. It will for sure be my goto from now on.
