Is that 90 days? No. The Groupon was good for 60 days which anyone can see under the fine print if they look up their Groupon deal right now. Lies upon lies upon lies. Also, notice how they completely failed to address the fact that I called them and left messages. Zero accountability. When I mentioned to you that I called and left messages trying to redeem the Groupon while it was still valid, (I only got a hold of this company after the Groupon expired. How convenient.) blamed me saying "Why didn't you call more?". Didn't care about fact that I tried to reach out to you repeatedly before my voucher expired (which is 60 days, not 90 days) and you simply did not respond. You made it impossible for me to redeem my Groupon while it was valid and then blamed me because you didn't answer the phone or return my call. This business is SHADY. ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER THE GROUPON EXPIRED AND YOU'RE AVAILABLE FOR ME TO COME IN FOR MY SERVICE AS LONG AS I PAY ANOTHER $50. That would be a grand total of $80 plus tax and change for a smog. Who pays that? That's more than I would pay full price anywhere else. This is a just a shakedown. I can tell by how pushy and rude they were about it it's not the first time. Terrible customer service. Dishonest company. Do not give these people your money or trust them with your car. I purchased a smog Check and DMV Auto Registration deal for $30 through Groupon to save money, but it turned into a complete scam. I reached out to the merchant multiple times (calls and texts) to redeem the voucher well before it expired, but they never responded or returned any of my messages. Once the Groupon expired, they suddenly replied and said they'd accept the voucher--but only if I paid an additional $50. When I followed up with proof of my outgoing calls (no responses from them) and text attempts, their response was dismissive and rude. The lady on the phone literally told me I "should've called them more" and showed zero responsibility for ignoring me earlier. They took no accountability and just wanted more money out of me. We use Groupon specifically to save, not to get ripped off like this. Warning to everyone: Don't waste your money on deals from this place. They ignore your attempts to redeem, let the voucher expire, then demand extra cash. Terrible customer service and shady practices. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for smog checks and registration. I have screenshots of the unanswered outgoing calls and text messages as proof.

I was helped by Sam, he was very nice. I called the day before as I had seen them advertising a special. I was told to come first thing the next day at 9 am and I would be taken care of. Showed up at 9:06 (Saturday morning) there was already someone getting their car tested. I checked in with Sam and I was next in line. I was done within 20 minutes. It was a breeze. Sam also took care of the DMV records since I had already paid for my registration. I will definitely be back here for my smog test and future DMV needs. Everything was clean. Easy. Great prices.
