David helped me this morning and he literally added years back to my life. TLDR, I've been stuck in a problem cycle that online DMV, in person DMV, AAA, and the DMV kiosk couldn't help me with related to my registered address. All I needed was to update my registration address and leave with my vehicle tags (everything has been lost in the mail for years). I walked in for my appointment and was greeted very warmly. I explained my issue and he said no problem let's do it! While he was sorting through the paperwork I brought, he was very friendly and we talked about sports and what I do for work. I would have paid whatever to resolve this and the pricing felt extremely fair and worth it to finally have done. I was in and out in 15 minutes after being stuck with my issue for years. I left feeling so thankful and relieved.. thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend this place for any DMV related needs :) read more

Auto Tagz saved my a** when I needed my tags renewed. I had until 5pm to get my tags paid, signed off by highway patrol and get to the tow yard before I got hit with another day of storage fees. I called AutoTagz right at 3pm when I had left work, within the hour, I had met David(I think) at a random gas station and he had all my tags in hand and I was able to get everything in order and get my car released. He understood the urgency and went above and beyond to help me out even outside of business hours and didn't judge me for the predicament I was in. I found them on Yelp and they earned their high rating for sure. I'll be reaching out to them to help again. read more

Very Easy to schedule, Friendly and knowledgeable. Made everything east. Will use again.

Fast & Friendly services. We had went in to renew registration with a smog. We were in and out in 10 minutes. There is a service fee of $49.00, but worth it not having to deal with the dmv is the best part. Make sure you make an appointment. Thank you again. read more

Overdue review. I haven't been to the DMV for any of my car registration since coming over here. David has helped me with a couple cars, without the long wait and the moody DMV atmosphere. His prices are really fair and he made everything quick. To be honest i don't think i can ever waste my time waiting in the DMV, his price is the best i've ever spent. He is very friendly and helpful. He has assisted me with my registrations to ordering specialty plates. There's also a parking lot which is a total plus for me. I never thought I would ever write a positive review for DMV services, but here goes! David was so awesome. There was one person ahead of me. I waited about 15 minutes and then it took 20 minutes, at most, for me to be finished. The only pain I experienced was the price, but that's not David's fault. I will definitely go here next year. Thanks, David for the outstanding service! read more

David is the best - responsive, professional and on point! Will make life easier and the process of DMV paperwork seamless!

My client had a complicated DMV transaction and could not handle it online. Client doesn't have 5 hours to waste at the DMV... who does right? I heard about David and set up an appointment and it was handled in minutes! I sent the necessary docs before my clients appointment and so my client was only there maybe 5 minutes. Insane at how easy he made the process, absolutely worth every penny. read more

Can't say enough great things about this place! Had to execute a title and registration transfer for a car I sold to a private party. With both of us there, David made quick work of the process. He is a total pro walks you through every step. I had previously had Autotagz update registration on two cars when we moved from Riverside county. That experience was streamlined and problem free. They even have an adjacent parking lot. This is a well-run business you can have complete confidence in. read more

Been driving by this place for years...never knew I would ever need to use their services until this past month. Soooo glad I did. Got those personalized black and yellow CA plates a few years ago but decided against putting them on a leased Prius back in 2017. So I just removed the personalized plates from my old car I sold to Carmax and kept them in a closet for the past 3 years. Fast forward to when the lease is up and I decide to buy a new car...now I'm thinking those black plates would look pretty good on the new ride. No way did I want to attempt to goto the dmv or try to schedule an appointment during covid for this so I called David up and he said he could register my plates to my new car no problem. Made an appt for Saturday and David did some printing and some paperwork, I signed here and there, paid for it with a credit card and signed the iPad and it was complete. Seriously....painless and no need to goto the DMV. I overheard him talking to the dude before me and he said he can do everything but IDs. I mean, why would anyone ever want to deal with going to a DMV office again when you can conveniently get the same thing done hassle free at a business 2 miles down the street??? Absolute no brainer if you have a DMV issue (other than ID) in the history of mankind! Thanks again! Jyeah! read more

This guy is the best! I had a very message situation because I leased my car in the state of MD and bought it from MD, but still needed CA tags. He took care of everything, no stress. Also a very personable guy, very kind spirit and reassuring - you always want your situation in the hands of someone that makes you feel like they will take good care of it read more

David is the man! I had the hardest time getting my car registered after purchasing my car in AZ and bringing it back to CA. David clearly explained all the steps i needed to take along with what he was going to do on his end. He took away all the frustrations and helped me from making more long waited appointments at the DMV. The entire experience was great from start to finish and the customer service and overall friendliness was refreshing. David is very knowledgeable and is a stand up guy. The fact that I got out of here in less than 5 minutes & saved a trip to the DMV explains everything you need to know about this 5 star review. I came here for my registration & to change my address. Three cheers for David at Auto Tagz who made registering a car incredibly painless and allowed me to walk out with tags to put on my car the same day. I called to make an appointment (he fit me in same day) and the whole process took maybe 10 minutes. There is free parking in a small lot just adjacent to the office on Moorpark, which is an added bonus. Can't recommend this business enough! read more

If you ever have an auto license issue, David will solve your problems. He is the ultimate multi tasker. When I moved from Chicago, he signed me up for California registration with very little time spent. Then, a couple of months later, DMV sent me a notice of suspension for not having insurance. I went back to David. While he was on the phone with DMV for someone else, and dealing with 3 other clients in person, David found out that my problem with DMV was that my insurer had missed a single digit on my VIN. He solved my problem in minutes. You would never get this service from DMV. read more
